We have been traveling about 10 days thorough Italy staying at hotels before coming here. We are so pleased to go shopping and get fresh vegetables, fruits, cheese, and variety of fresh seafood, etc form the market just behind the building. The room was spacious and clean with well equipped kitchen that I cooked fresh groceries. Also it located a good location which is most of the attractions are walking distance. If you want to experience living little like Italian

  Bright, clean & freshly restored. Friendly & helpful owner & staff - really made to feel at home. Although a Bed & Breakfast, we could come and go at any time. - This is my second visit to B&B 22.   The size of bedroom with high ceiling. Friendly staff and very good location near to the Bus/Train stations. Breakfast generous. Good value for money - Very close to the central station and bus terminal to outer regions so very convenient to move about. The bread at breakfast was real good.

  The house inside, the apartment in two levels. The biggest impression is having the free parking space near the apartment door all our staying time. That's a miracle to such a busy street. May be staff was working on it but we saw no signs of such

  The apartment house is situated in the very buzz of Palermo’s old town. We were given an ENORMOUS apartment, not less than 100 sq. m., consisting of huge antechamber, big sitting room, huge bedroom with four-poster bed, kitchen, bathroom with essential toiletries, 3 balconies. Apartment is clean, furnishings are quite sparse (that’s advantage) and... what people say » almost antique, pigeons’ poo on the balconies is in harmony with city’s mood. Small old TV shows nothing, but who needs it when you are in Palermo. G - Everything was great. My wife, 2 year-old son and I felt so comfortable and Cass Orieles is very child-friendly. Anna, the housekeeper is so frank and helpful. Room is appropriate in size and very clean.
