We spent 5 nights in the hotel. Generally it is a good standard hotel. Not in the very centre, but with good communication to the centre (tram and circumvesuviana train-station Centro Direzionale). Located close to a city bypass the hotel fairly quiet at night. There is a Pizza Bar a cross the street with a big selection of pizzas at reasonable prices (the owner Pepe speaks English and is very friendly). At the hotel reception there is Michaela who speaks English and is very helpful.
all reviews » Close to tram which gets you directly to city center. You come by a car directly to garage and take a small lift to first floor reception. I liked the interior of the hotel. It was comfortable. The breakfast was standard and enough. The staff was helpfull. Very nice and helpful staff, lovely frontyard, good connection with city center. Safe parking lot inside the hotel territory (10 EUR for night) - big advantage in Naples. Wifi was available in the room. It would be better if there was a bigger selection for breakfast. Also the water in the flask should be hot not warm, even at the beginning of breakfast meaning it wasn't even properly boiled, and the coffee should taste like coffee not like the coffee you get in McDonalds. There was no fridge or water bottles in rooms not to mention a kettle and a basic selection of coffee and tea. Additional 10 Eur for parking and 2 Eur a day per person fee. As a highway is 20 m from hotel it was noisy early in the morning. nothing. The parking was 10 euro per night. Wifi in the lobby, the whole place is under the viaduct and right near the street. Really noisy. No restaurant in the hotel. Fast food delivery only available. Only 1 flat pillow each with no extras in the room so didn't sleep as well as I could have. Location. Poor breakfast. The hotel was situated outside of the town centre, so users of this hotel should realise that it is a long walk or a short, usually crowded tram ride to the town centre. Breakfasts were poor, but the usual continental style. It was in a bit of a run down area. But we only needed it for one night so it was ideal. Close to the airport. my room is close to the reception desk, a little noisy. having a room right next to reception. not easy to locate. extremely bad noise insulation poor breakfast staff do not speak English. Even with closed window there are lots of city noises - hotel is near the big roundabout. Environment out of hotel walls looks very unsafe. Common sense living here was little fearsome (our personal opinion). There was situation when we needed help with our car - personnel just ignored it and refused to help. Poor breakfast.
