Loved this b&b, strongly recommend to stay here, very honestly priced room. Ignore all the other negative feedback left. Staff are very helpful. I will always be coming back. Thank you for all the help. The location of the hostel is very good, close to tram and metro lines, all in all, it is a good value for money. Close to station inexpensive helpful staff. all reviews » Nice B&B with clean and tidy rooms. Bit of a walk from the main sightseeing areas but is quite close to central station with good transport links from there. Someone sits on reception 24hours a day allowing you to come and go as you please. Breakfast has a good selection of croissants, rusks, fruit juices, coffee and jams. However you have to be up early to guarantee a croissant and a clean mug! Overall, not a bad stay for a couple of nights before we flew home. In general not bad. We arrived much earlier than check-in time. Reception was open, and we could leave our luggage, refresh ourselves and leave for sightseeing before actually schecking in. the hotel is very near to milano centrale station facilities are good and wifi service is good either it is very clean. Its conveniently located near the tram and the metro (Sondrio).The bedroom is clean and the staff is friendly. 1.Ready access to connecting trams to old city. 2. Helpful staff 3 Adequate breakfast. Staff were friendly and helped us get tickets to a soccer game which was awesome. Very big room and good receptionist. The breakfast is better than expected. Near city and train station. The staff was kind. Nothing !!!!!!!. a little bit shabby. the floor is cold. Be warned that no money is taken up front by this property if booking through letsbookhotel.com and you have to pay at the end of your stay. Make sure you factor it into your budget!. Not exactly the hotel's fault... Probably there was some event in Milan in these days and everything else was booked, but usually I manage to find a hotel with individual bathroom for comparable price... the staff is not so friendly the light along the corridor is weak. You can hear the traffic at night. 1.Room somewhat stuffy. Heavily shuttered 2. Very small shower recess. slightly far from the city but is easy to take the metro in. You have to be buzzed in and out of all the doors for security. The hotel is located at the corner of two big streets. Very noisy at night. And the noise also comes from the room nextdoor. So it's better to prepare a earplug when you sleep. 15 minutes walk from the central train station. Facing the main road very noisy but I'm too tired so didnt bother me. Breakfast really disappointing and bathrooms need maintenance. 1) Late check-in (after 15.00) 2) Malfunctional credit card terminal (had to run for cash mashine in early morning). 3) We leave prior breakfast (it was prepaid), but we cannot get some food to take away, as usual, only for additional 5 euro. Nonsence! 4) In toilet room (it was shared) in the middle of a night some guy was sleeping right on the "throne". Noise from traffic, toilet and shower facilities. Noisy room on the street side. room without windows,sound-proof not good,price perfomance ratio not high. The breakfast was poor, needed to be the fist ones there.. I don't want to use toilet. It works but seems not good. Most bad point is very noisy outside. many traffic in Milan and hotel building is not soundproof. The pantry is too small. There are just one shared bathroom for each gender in a floor which is not so sufficient. The staff don't allow the other gender to use another one. It was cold in the room, the bed was very small. warning do not say here unless u are a backpacker and will accept bad service breakfast is very poor that is if u are able to get anything like cake dry biscute or stale bread coffee is good. Very noisy. Couldn't sleep all night. Terrible mattress. Horrible, dirty, not for traveling people !!! May be for students, only. Bad, noisy, and no parking as what they mentioned I hear any move from all the rooms specially when they walk.
