  Staying at Vanessa house is like visiting long lost friends. Elena and Moreno greeted us warmly and showed us our very comfortable and spacious suite - the beds were the best we had in Italy. Everything was very clean and well-maintained - they even cleaned daily. And breakfast was amazing - two tables loaded with food! Homemade cakes and preserve... what people say » s, meats and cheeses, breads and pastries, fruit, juice and coffee - even cappuccino with a heart on top! - Elena was a wonderful hostess. She welcomed you with open arms and couldn't do enough for you. The accomodations were grear, the bed very comfortable and a well appoined roomy ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic, with wonderful coffees and juices, fresh rolls, breads and cakes. you can tell that Elena and Moreno love what they are doing, and if we get the opportunity we will definitely book with them again. Multi, multi bene.

  Excellent, very friendly and helpful staff. Our car needed some serious repair and Luciano offered to guide us to a garage nearby and talked them into getting the job done that same day. So we took the bus (stops at 3min walk from appt) to Venice, which got us there in <30min, on a 5 eur return ticket p/P. That makes this appt an excellent valu... what people say » e/money alternative for any appt within Venice itself. Last return bus leaves Venice at 23.00h. Appt is located in very quiet residential area (=almos - The staff was very accommodating! We had trouble arriving on time but staff stayed late to let us in. The rooms were large with very well stocked kitchen. We drove 20 minutes to Venice and rode a boat down the entire Grand Canal for only 16€ roundtrip apiece. I wish we could've stayed longer!
