Fantastic location literally bang in the heart of Florence just off piazza de la signoria, room was clean and the facilities were everything that I needed.
The manager Roberto was lovely and also a wonderful host who couldnt have been anymore helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone staying in Florence.

Excellent location in the heart of Florence. Everything was within a short walking distance. Great well stocked kitchen so we were able to make a few of our own meals as well as keep snacks in the refrigerator. Shared bath was very large and kept clean.

The location is top and though in the very heart of Florence the street noise is minimal. The entire B&B is impeccably clean and elegantly decorated, I felt like a princess in my room! This hotel is a lesson many top starred hotels should learn from on how to provide service. Joey and Lorenzo are very helpful, providing personal service and tips on what should be visited. What a great little place in a perfect location. The staff is amazing and very helpful. We were first time visitors to Italy. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to help us print out tickets etc. Recommended some of the best food we had. The location is tucked away in a coutyard by a church right off of a main street that leads to everything you would want to see in Florence. Would stay there again.

We stayed 6 nights in the summer.
The location is simply perfect. The rooms are great as well - spacious, clean and with good facilities (water cooker for example). I'd advise to pay for the airco in the summer to close the windows to prevent noise from outside.
The breakfast is also very nice; outside of the B&B in a typical Florentine bakery

We ended up in a small suite in another building which had a complete kitchen. The location is great; in the 'Dante' area of Florence. The person in charge of the hotel - Raymond - speaks English and is very helpful (he was born around the corner from the hotel). Keep in mind that Florence in June is packed with tourists and that Florence is an expensive city compared to other Tuscan cities.
