  The host was very helpful and welcoming and the view from the BandB is sensational. I highly recommend this BandB as it within walking distance of St Marks Sq and the Rialto. - Absolutely the best BandB I've stayed in. The rooms are massive. I would stay here again and again. This is the best value for money in all of Venice.

  Although this was not close to the train station and it is quite expensive to travel on the water taxi to get to the hotel, it was in a great location close to Piazza San Marco and the lovely quiet area and gardens of St. Elena.   We had the room with a balcony over looking the canal. Nice to watch the boats, gondolas coming and going. We got a water taxi in front of train station and it took us right to hotel door. It was close to main places of interest. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Nice ambience.
