  It's the second time we stayed at the BandB and it was great. We had a room with a Jacuzzi and breakfast was served in the room. We could even leave our luggages for few hours after check out. Even if the reception is open until 7pm we could check around 10pm (of course we have informed about the late arrival). Furnitures are brand new and the bathroom is amazing, with a Jacuzzi shower. Breakfast is served in your room. The owners are really nice and kind. The main shopping areas are also only a short walk away. the facilities are excellent and the staff that run the establishment are absolutely great.   Paolo was very helpful and accommodating when I was still planing my trip. We checked in a little late and Coordinated with Paolo to have someone there at the time of our arrival. The apartments are very comfortable and spacious. The shower was the most normal and similar - The Ripetta 25 apartment we stayed in was fantastic, it had both design and functionality, and was cleaned and organized. It is the best way to visit Rome without worrying about restaurants. In the small kitchen you have everything you need to prepare a nice meal (better than in many restaurants!) They provide you with salt, sugar, coffee, olive oil and all the basic kitchen equipment. All you need to do is to walk 5 minutes to the supermarket. The staff was amazing and we really felt at home.
