Very good location, 5 minutes from Fontana de Trevi o Pizza de Spagna. Great quality/price relation, it offered more than expected. Run by nice people. It has been recently renovated so even though the building is old La Piccola Maison is completly new inside, spacious, clean, even jacuzzi in one of the rooms, much better than many 4 stars hotels.

that I brought my partner with me on. It lived up to the reviews, in
particular Joey who manages the place was very nice and helpful. The
best thing about this B&B is the location, so easy to get to
everywhere of interest, and there is a metro and taxi just down the road
about 100m.

The location couldn't been better, a few minutes from the metro and many attractions in walking distance. And the price was the best in the area. The room where cleaned every day and the toilet was fresh. The bed (double) was ok but my girlfriend thought it was to hard. The breakfast was okay and the service perfect. We would surely stay here again

We found the Residenza Domiziano a wonderful hotel. They did everything possible to make our stay in Rome a wonderful experience. They arranged for a van to come to where we our cruise ship landed and was plenty big enough for seven pieces of luggage and four passengers. Marco was fantastic, very helpful and very welcoming. He helped us book tickets to the Vatican & allowed us to keep our room late as we had an evening flight. He is so friendly and willing to help in any way he can.
The room was huge & well equipped. Toiletries were offered, free WiFi, hairdryer, fridge, A/C.
It was very laid back and you could come and go when you pleased - more like you had your own apartment.
The location was excellent too.
Would definately stay there again.

Location was excellent, just a short walk to the fountain de Trevi and several other landmarks. Also very close to a guided bus tour route, tickets available at the front desk. We stayed in two adjoining rooms based on request. Nice size rooms with nice bathrooms. The front desk can arrange for a shuttle to-and-from the airports for a better price
