Lovely farm setting close to the main airport runways (Fiumicino). Perfect if you have a car. There is ample private parking. If you don't have a car it's a bit "in the middle of nowhere". On our arrival, staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. A dinner table was promptly booked for us as we arrived in the evening. Restaurant food was excellent (real italian pizza!) and the staff was also very professional. Our room was reasonably sized, bigger than most hotel rooms. It was also very comfort.
all reviews » Our stay at AgriSesto was by far the highlight of our trip. Francesco, Gloria, Massi & the rest of the family provided amazing service and were really helpful during our stay... There was literally nothing they couldn't do for us! Both myself and my partner strongly recommend staying here, the food is excellent and the accommodation itself was perfect. Will definitely be visiting again next time we visit Rome. The distance of the B&B from Rome centre is a bit of a bad point (45 mins on . We have booked this B&B for the proximity of the airport. Eventhough it is very close to the airport, the noise of airplane did not bother us, you can hardly hear them. I also booked this B&B because the room (on the picture) looks beautiful and clean. It is not false advertising, this place is very well decorated and spotless clean, we loved it. There is a lovely, well decorated again, restaurant downstairs with a beautiful terrace. What makes this B&B even more attractive is t. - Very close from the airport in a very peaceful and quiet place - The transfer to the airport is half price of what the taxis companies charge at the airport. The driver Massimiliano is very nice guy. - The owner Francesco and the staff are so helpful, responsive and kind. - The restaurant is very good, with delicious home-made pasta. - We had the chance to be upgraded to a beautiful suite! It is a wonderful place with beautiful rustic furniture and tasteful decorations everywhere. Our room likewise. You have to take their airport shuttle to get there, but therefore you immediately feel "away" from the airport and Rome, without actually being far from either one of them. The in-house restaurant serves great food and is in a beautifully overgrown dining area. The host and staff were very nice and helpful. Than. The staff was really great! We were met at the desk by Gloria, who spoke English well and who really went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. Also, she checked up on us a couple of times in the restaurant to make sure we were happy with the service etc. I also loved the food and the atmosphere in the restaurant. Finally, the ride to and from fco went exactly as planned, despite needing room for 3 adults and having too much luggage. Will be staying again on our next trip, which ca. The staff were exceptionally friendly on our arrival and throughout our stay. Our room was immaculate with a small balcony that we could sit out on and look out over the wonderful countryside. Breakfast was good but the icing on the cake was the wonderful restaurant that was attached to the accommodation. The food here was second to none and I can thoroughly recommend both staying there as well as dinning out. they are also close to the airport and offer a very reasonable shuttle service.. Great communication, my flight was late, I emailed them to change pick up and they responded immediately. We feel welcome in that place. Friendly staff and in-house dining facility made it a pleasureable place to stayed. Much as I tried, I could not get much hot water to the shower. Not sure if I was missing something. Everything was perfect. We didn't care for the breakfast, it was mostly sweet pasteries-but that's just us and of course it might be different day to day. The lady manning the desk in the morning didn't speak English (but was really a pleasant person!!!) made us cappucinos, so it was still a nice experience. We were only there for two nights...... Try to arrange a shutle from the hotel. The taxi ride from the hotel is onla about 2 miles and our taxi driver drove us for almost fifty ,minutes saying he was lost even though I had given him a map with explicite directions, address and the phone number. The hotel staff dealt with him and we didn't have to pay the over;ayment but it was not a good experience. The hotel has a shuttle service I would suggest using both ways Location near the airport cant be beat. We were very happy with our stay but as it was only for 1 night we didn't discover negative points. I would put a handle inside the shower and some more shelves in the bath room. There was a couple in the room above us, who were rather loud until after 2 am. I was disappointed that there was no breakfast offering until after 8 am, and we had to leave at 8 am to catch our flight. So out the door with no caffe. It is not a hotel. It is a b&b and do not expect more or luxury. But staff is helpful and smiling. It suited me fine, though was surprised at the amount of traffic along the road in front of the property late at night. we had no hot water in the morning - we were there only one night so not sure if this is a regular problem. Only disliked when the cat jumped through the torn screen on the front window and surprised us. The bed was so hard and pillows too flat - personal preference is hard to accomodate.... would have at least like a soft pillow option. would have liked soap in the room. The directions given to us to get to the hotel by bus were not clear to us and we spent 3 hours trying to find the place, while it was only a 15 minute ride from the airport. Walking with our suitcases in the dirt and in the dark for 1 and 1/2 hours was not fun. Didn't like that we had to leave so soon. The least desirable aspect was the lack of water supply and pressure. I ran out of hot water after about 120 seconds, and I wasn't using a lot of water. The water pressure was low and it was about 7:45 AM. I also would like to have had towel bars in the bathroom and better lighting. While I enjoyed the red lights during most of the time, it would have been helpful to have better lightning overall in the bathroom -- not an option. Make sure you get the b&bs driver! Itook an airport taxi there and it was twice the amount! Got the b&b taxi back, cheaper and faster. Very very hard to find at night! The sign is hardly seen, and the coordinates they gave us were wrong! It took us a while to get there, I hope they already fixed the coordinates. But once we were there - we were pleased. All was good. Coud not comunacte well with wate stafe in resturant, food was exlent. Hard to bring bags up 3 flights of stairs. We didn't know the menu for the meal I think that there is no menu so we had to know what we wanted to eat before ordering plate. Indeed we ate very well pizza and steak and salad. Great location for airport, but a little hard to find.
