  Everything was great! From the beginning the staff gave us spot on information to reach the apartment, met us their on time and helped carry our lugguge up the 3 flights of stairs! Then spent time going through a map showing us the location of the attractions, good restaurants and places not to miss. We had 2 terraces, off the kitche - We just loved this quaint little apartment. Although small all that was required was provided for and in good working order. Washing machine was also easy to use. Bed linen and towels good quality and apartment was clean. Of course location was fantastic and we had no noise issues. In fact we enjoyed getting a bit of taste hearing about some Italian domestic life while sitting on the balcony.   We stayed in the apartment for a week and we enjoyed it very much. We had the studio.It has everything necessary-kitchenette, microwave, fridge, cutlery, what we really appreciated is that there was a washing machine in the basement and you dont have to pay for it extra. The location is great, a quiet street but in the centre, very thick walls so ... what people say » you dont hear your neighbours. The landlady is very hospitable, and helpful. The wi-fi works very well, all the facilities work properly. We liked sta - The apartment was in a beautiful 16th century building. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

We have never met such helpful, considerate or polite hotel staff ever, even in luxury hotels. They went out of their way to may our stay memorable! We strongly recommend the place.
