The guide was wery friendly,its was top of the city:)not to far the most place ,its was clean and good was everythyng:)little things was for me don't like Tv chanel and internet :(but was a lot's of things you can do in this city :). Our original apartment was out of order so we were moved to another near the Ponte Vecchio. It was a basic apartment but had everything you need. Location was good - right in a piazza. Wifi was good.
all reviews » Very very centrical for a reasonable price. The staff was nice even after late arrival as long as you confirm in advance. the apartment was amazing.its much better than is appears at the pictures and very clean as well. THE AREA!!!!i loved the Saint spirit square.Really close to everything. I loved the apartment. The location was very good 5 minutes from the centre, the staff was great and the price also. Good location, spacious appartment, well-equipped. every thing ! great stay , 5 star. The apartments was good and big enough. It was the market near our apartments (vie del Conce 14) and we were able to go walk to the Duomo and other parts of city. Through the bad organisation of chick-in and check-out, the staff was very nice and speaks good English. Closed to city center. The tv and internet doesn't work:(. Although being in the piazza was good, it was very noisy and we didnt really sleep. The promised internet did not work. The bed was not prepared for automn as there was nothing to cover it. As they do not charge your car you have to pay 30% in advance. Had some issues with the wifi .They have a prepay connection so after 2 days we had no internet.(Good for us there is a free wifi given by the city of Florence) If they would invest a little bit more on this apartement it could be dreamy. The room wasnt so clean as we expect!!. Difficult to contact with host so I reccomend call to owner before arriving and specify all details. The staff was very unorganized. Firstly we need to wait them a long time near the first address they gave us. They appeared app. 20 minutes after our call and said that we need to move to other apartments. The similar story happened by check-out. * Home we stayed doesn't look like the pictures on letsbookhotel.com * very old furniture * not comfortable bed * Late check-in costs 25Euro. There was not Wi-Fi despite it was advertised as to have Wi-Fi and it was really important to us (to be able to connect to work remotely). Moreover the staff was constantly lying about it, first saying that router burnt due to storm and would be fixed by next day, then that it never existed by should be setup by the day after next. We were offered a discount, but it was actually never provided/refunded - so one more lie :(.
