Laura was an excellent employee of the hotel that made our stay very enjoyable, over and above all the other hotels we stayed in Italy. She was very service oriented with the goal in mind to service her customer to ensure they had a very enjoyable stay...and we did. Very friendly staff, nice room. Good location (mid way between town centre and conference room). Parking!. Laura at the front desk was very friendly and very helpful during our stay.
