The owner is a very nice lady, very welcoming. Hotel location is quite central on the popular via faenza with walking distance to the train station and the main touristic attractions. Rooms are really clean and new.

There is no elevator, but its our morning exercise everyday before heading out. and our luggage was very light so twas not really a huge problem. next concern was the shower in our room. space was so tiny. But they have another public (shared) shower room, we never used it. But when i checked it was very clean and spacious enough.
