Helpful and friendly staff. Location - away from hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to/from train station. Restaurants & cafés close by. Decor & atmosphere of hotel/room were a great introduction to our Italian experience. It was a very high standard, very clean and comfortable. Very convenient if you are visiting the sights of Florence. Beautiful hotel. The room was very spacious and the location really central. We liked the fact that the hotel was located in front of a park!.
