this place is in a great location, close to the main train station and all the sights. owner was very helpful on sight and train info, he is a really lovely guy. very cheap too. the staff were very friendly and helpful. The people are nice and helpful. The location is convenient. good they were very helpful! even had free internet!. the hotel has an excelent location near all points of interests and train station, the rooms are quite nice considering the very low prices, hotel staff was nice, the rooms were nice and neat. The owners were lovely, they let us check out much later than the stated time. The location was perfect and easy to find. The room was basic but we only needed the bed and the bathroom.the room was basic, but clean and very pleasant. the hotel was very well situated and had WIFI - what more do you need!. it was very homely. Location, Price. the receipt, is kind and nice，try to help us everything.occasional free internet and coffee. Cheap!!!. the room and the shared bathroom was clean but ran out of loo roll with no spare around overnight for any of the guests, it is in a good location near the station and a short walk to all the sights. The walls are very thin and one night a loud group of students came andthey might as well have been in my room with me.I did not have towels the first two days and had to buy my own soap. The hair dryer was out of order. I was told that I could leave my luggage after check-out for some time while I went and saw the city but when I tried to do so I was told that I wasn't allowed. The mattress is a bit hard. The double bed is actually put together with two sing beds.I feel like I paid a lot for what we got, but I guess that's what most accommodation is like in Florence. The walls were thin, and the building sometimes got a bit noisy but this quieted down by late evening. the check in and out times are a little difficult to plan around. No towels. advertised that the hotel takes VISA but in fact they took only cash. It was situated in an apartment block and was very small. the owner overslept on the day of our checkout so we missed our train as the other members of staff weren't trained to do this, it was 10am and knew we were checking out so he had no excuse, the cleaner had to wake him not only for us but for others so it was about 30mins after she had woken him until he came out - not the best way to run a hotel business.
