friendly stuff, clean rooms, good breakfast. location, close to railway station and most sights. The hotel is located at a very central place; it is very close to the train station and at walking distance from the city center. The room was very simple but clean. It can be a little noisy at night because the neighborhood is busy all day long. We found the price higher for what the hotel had to offer but this does not seem to be the hotel’s fault. Accommodation is very expensive in Florence.

The site said it had a bar...it does not, the staff was friendly andtried to be helpful but didn't seem to understand much English. TV was useless, unable to watch anything so what's the point put it in the room anyway. Breakfast could have been better. The chceck-in day unfortunately i ran to unwelcoming reception but the other days was ok. Sound from street, noisy ac. Room was a bit on the small side for a long stay. There is a bus depot right at the end of street. At all hours of day,noisy buses going by. Also terrible smell in bathroom, not toilet but drain pipe. Had to keep door closed at all times, and get out of the bathroom as quickly as possible. I didn´t understand before that it´s not a real hotel, just a part of the third floor of a large building. There was no clean bed clothes left any day. There were no clean towels left! There was nothing in the mini bar. There was an awful smell of sewarge coming from the bathroom floor! There was also noise from the neighbours next door (but this was stopped by the staff when we complained).
