The ladies are lovely and most welcoming. It is a beautifully maintained facility. The room is artistically decorated and looks lavish. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is also spacious and very well done up. Even though we had to leave very early, the owners made breakfast including fresh juice. On the whole, it was an excellent experience, would have spent more time if possible.

Value for money. open kitchen is good for backpacker and u can buy seafood or cold cut at city centre. The owner, the breakfast, the cost and its cleanliness location with better directions.If you are a walker you can get to every thing. the hotel interior so nice and comfortable. The staff so friendly. Very good staff Location is reachable Value for money. close to Firenze SMN, internet, breakfast. nothing to be disappointed about. It was really hard to find . I emailed and tryed to call to no avail. I found it eventually. There needs to be specific instructions on how to find it. It's also in the not so nice part of town but still central to transport. No wifi connection. Awaful smelling is leakage from the washroom and the bed is too soft. Also, no clear sign at the main enterance, it should me improve it. The walk, to it from the train station, art b/b should have better directions it turned out the walk was a straight line after crossing street in front of the station. it located quit far from Center station. Noise because it is on road side. bad smell in the room (visible moisture on the walls), towels and bedclothes also not smelled fresh, very uncomfortable bed, small and dirty bathroom, cold room, busy and noisy street outside the window (ground floor). Horrible - Poor - Awful - Dampness.
