Everything is perfect. The location is good, in the central of the city just next to the Bacilica di Santa Maria. It is within ten mind walk to most of the tourist spots in town. But still, it's quiet in the night and allow me with a good sleep. The staff there are extremely helpful and friendly. And the room is clean and organized. It allow me with some privacy although I was in the four beds room.
all reviews » Everything was excellent as a hostel. The room is really spacious and the dividers are nice to give a little privacy. Because the rooms are spacious, it's not a big problem even if there is a snorer (compared to small bunk bed rooms in other hostels). Bathroom was clean and gets cleaned daily. Great location. The facilities are pretty basic, there's breakfast and computers and tv, that's about it. Everything - excellent services, friendly and helpful staff and great location to most of the tourist spots. There was construction site next to our room which made us a little apprehensive, but we were reassured that the site workers finished at 6pm and didn't start up until 8am and they were right. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. One of the best hostel I've stayed in Europe. They know what young travellers need and they are professional. Wonderful location. You can stand in front of the entrance and watch the cathedral and in the same road of museum acadamy. Historical building with convenient facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location was amazing and the hostel is clean and comfortable. The facilities are great with single beds, bedside table & good size locker in the rooms. Also breakfast was great, would stay again. The hostel is very clean, there is free wine and some snacks (called aperitivo) at 6 p.m. each day. very helpful staff. rooms& bathrooms cleaned each day. The location is superb. The bathroom is clean, the bed (thanks god not those bunk-beds) is comfy, oh, and there was locker for my personal stuffs for extra peace of mind. Would stay here again next time. Absolutely loved this hostel. Location was perfect, staff was quite helpful with pointing out good food spots and attractions worth seeing. It was cleaned every day so I appreciated that very much. No bunk beds, breakfast included, vino and nibbles provided free to help the guests chat and mingle, limited rooms so it wasn't really crowded, staff available 24hours/day, Large lockers with locks. The rooms were really spacious and had screens in between beds to give more privacy. The breakfast and 6:30 'snack' were so good! Well worth the money! Also, great location. The people were warm and recommended us to places to visit. We had a private room and it was clean and tidy. i love the kitchen and of course the breakfast. although the price is a little bit expensive, maybe it worths it. just in the centre!. I like the enviroment, the hostel is very nice, the staff helps you in whatever you need, and the place is great. The location is perfect you are right in the middles of the town. The wifi works only at the lobby which is a little inconvenient. Not much. Just the rough cancellation policy (no refund), but not an issue if you don't plan to cancel. Maybe add 1 socket close to each bed in level 2. The only problem I had were the hallway lights shining into the room all night, I never had darkness to sleep. And the kitchen isn't much of a kitchen but there are cheapish restaurants nearby. none. nothing, if i went to Florence again, I'd stay there too. If I had to complain, I would probably make the breakfast a little more versatile. I wasn't a big fan. No electricity next to the bed. Only annoying thing was that you couldn't get wifi in the rooms. I didn't like that WIFI was only limited to the living room, and there was no access to WIFI in our respective rooms. Also, there was only one power plug in each room. Getting into the building is a bit of a faph, and the lockout isn't great, especially as public toilets are hide to find in Italy. Socket is not available near each bed, which makes it inconvenience to charge your belongings. Wooden floor make noises. The noise. There are no rugs, carpeting, material to absorb all the noise of the people walking around, closing doors, talking... They need to fix this because it really is a problem- everything echos!! WiFi in the rooms would be nice too. Nothimg except some guest arrive at 2-3 in the morning. 热水温度不够，洗澡不是很舒服。不知道是不是店员忘了，我们的房间没有提供浴巾。. Breakfast is simple. The shower is not stable in producing hot water. Errrr.... Nothing. It was excellent. The breakfast is good, but I had better one. Need more bathrooms. Nothing really, our shower didnt not wotk very well, and the fact that wifi didnt work at the rooms...also nobody came to clean our room from the two nights we spend there...
