  The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They arranged for a car and driver to meet me at the airport and were able to answer all of my questions during my stay. The location was perfect for my needs and Florence was easily accessible via the #7 bus right outside the door. You can look down on the dome of Florence Cathedral in the distance while eating breakfast.   The Bencista is a fabulous old villa up in the hills of Fiesole with breathtaking views of Florence. It is a wonderful, quiet retreat from long days of sight-seeing.
