From when we arrived we were blown away by the beauty of the building and the 360° views of the rolling hills. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was the most amazing breakfast we have had in all of Italy. Fresh cold meats, cheeses, yoghurt, cakes, pastries, cearal, bread, bruschetta, juices and much more!   Amazing place, beautiful scenery. Clean, spacious room. Bathroom was clean with fresh towels and bed linen. The owner was so generous with recommendations. The house is 8km from the hot spring. The information the owners provide are detailed in dinner recommendations etc. the breakfast was fresh and all homemade. We would recommend this farm stay.... what people say » - This was our second stay at I Lapi in as many years. Just as last time, we were not disappointed. Beautiful surroundings, peaceful, and as many others have mentioned - great breakfast! Certainly a place to come back to!

  Hotel was perfect for a relaxing weekend and the surroundings were magnificent as was the 3 tiered pool. We arrived at lunchtime with 2 hungry teenagers and though the kitchen opened in the evening the staff put together a lovely cold lunch. Big and clean rooms and a huge garden near to the mountan to sit and relax. Pure calmness.
