  Customer service from start to finish was excellent, great help from staff. Maids kept on top of the rooms, which were very large and had every ammenity, including tea/coffee etc.Very friendly atmosphere, we were even brought flowers and given chocolates every evening. The apartment is in the basement of an apartment building but since we were only there really to sleep and eat a few meals that was ok. Opening the windows let in more light but it was very noisy since it is on a fairly busy street.   Breakfast was excellent with both hot and cold options, worth the extra money. There was a free shuttle taking you direct to the metro station making travelling to Rome much easier and cheaper as it is situated approx 5 miles out. The rooms are sparse but we didnot spend our time there, we spent most of our time walking about Rome.However, the room was very clean and neat and the breakfast buffet wasvery nice.   Although this hotel is quite a way out in suburbs,it was not a problem. Shuttle bus service v/good and the 654 Bus to and from Cinecitta Metro station was right near the hotel.   The owner Sandra and her staff really went out of their way to make us feel like we were the only ones staying there. After a long day of sightseeing, she led us to a cute little outdoor balcony to rest when we came back. It had two chairs and a small table and then she brought us two glasses of wine!! My husband and I normally do not drink wine b... what people say » ut liked it so much that we went to the store Sandra told us about the next day and bought a couple of bottles. We sat every night on that balcony dri - The location was great. Literally right next to metro station Furio Camilla. A short trip into the city, we never waited more than a few minutes for a train . Sandra, the owner was lovely. Extremely helpful in checking out bus times and routes for us. Very professional. The hotel is on the second floor of a block with other businesses with a small elevator. It was well air conditioned and felt very secure. Very clean, neat and tidy. We would recommend . Thanks Sandra, for making us very welcome
