Very modern and clean - the rooms are recently renovated. Rooms are spacious and the bathroom was perfect. The place is located close to the city centre. Supermarket and cafes are within a few minutes walk. It is about 10-15 mins walking from the bus/train station. Also a computer for the common use is available as well as some vending machines. Very warm welcome from the owner - they are not based there permanently but available to receive your call if you need anything. Breakfast is typical I.
all reviews » Very well centrally located, very friendly reception of one of the owners, very clean well designed rooms, sufficient Italian breakfast in a nearby café. Lewis rooms is the only place I could find where you can stay in the centre of Cagliari and also park your car nearby in a private (safe) car park for only 8 Euro per day, a price which is for a few hours in many European cities. We thought it was rather easy to find. All the way straight on to a roundabout and then you're almost there!. A wonferfull surprise... Good location, friendly staff, very clean. If you arrive in the airport, dont take a taxi because it cost 20€ and the train takes only 5 minutes and cost 1,5€. From the station on foot its about 10min. You have very Nice restaurantes around, and a real cheap take away pizaria next. The old town its 5 min. The poeto beach its 10min by bus. Its breakfast its in the obter side of the street in a friendly cafe. - It is quite small Hotel that involves only one floor of a private building. That gives a feeling of being home at the heart of the Cagliari. - Rooms are fairly clean. - Personals are very helpful. The rooms are large, modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bathroom is a treat. Maria is in charge most of the time and she is great: friendly, helpful, informative and speaks superb English. Very close to the centre, shops all over, lot's of dining facility's , bars for breakfast closeby, real safe carpark. Recommend this stonly if you like citytrips with a touch of glance. The walls do not protect from the sounds of the neighbouring rooms - if you get loud neighbours you won't sleep at all. - No private parking place for hotel, so they charge extra money for it - At room 6, very low signal of wireless connection. The breakfast at the nearby bar is adequate, but could be rather more filling. We should have stayed here longer :-). Drinks in vending machine were not cold. rooms 5&6 do not receive WiFi signal, which makes it very hard to use internet. Would have preferred a duvet - blankets were inadequate and fell off in the night!. No view to the outside world from our room breakfast restaurant nearby was disappointing ; small and sweet very Italian. TV was too small. Lack of toiletries. Darker room.
