  We arrived at the hotel apartment around 6.30pm, an hour or so later than expected. I called the number of the hotel and a lady came to open up for us. She was very helpful and very pleasant and really couldn't do enough. The entrance is a big double gated door which has graffiti all over it and we thought, oh my, but it opens into a courtyard and... what people say » you take the elevator up to the 1st floor where the reception is. It is very homely, the apartments were extremely spacious. She showed us 2 apartmen - Wonderful place with fantastic ambiance. Location is fantastic - 5 minutes on foot from 2 towers, lot of restaurants around. Our number was well-designed, with beautiful antique bureau and table and had (apart from the main window) - a little round nice window that made the ambiance in our room really magical! 2 beds were comfortable. The breakfast was also good - you can have it on the big veranda or in the breakfast room with a lot of antique wonderful furniture. The staff was helpful and aff

  The central location and friendliness of staff - I liked the Zanhotel Regina very much, since the hotel is situated near the town center and the railway station and all the important sightseeing points can be easily reached on foot! Will definitely return to the hotel if I am in Bologna again.
