100% from the start to the finish. The start was at the arrival airport when Glenda collected us (husband, wife and 7 year old daughter) to the finish when Glenda returned us to the airport for departure. In between the two points we walked to many different area's in Bergamo from the well located Porta Nuova apartment. The apartment was always very pleasant to return to, clean, well decorated, excellent temperature and silent. We spent five nights there visiting Milan for two days via the 45 m.

The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated, with every attention to detail being made. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment that very large with gorgeous views from all the bedrooms. The host Glenda was especially helpful and went to a lot of trouble to accommodate our baby. She was very prompt with email queries and very helpful during our stay. The apartment is located at the base of the . A tastefully decorated apartment in muted tones, in the centre of Bergamo. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment - one bedroom was huge, the other more than adequate. Porta Nuova is well located, 10 minutes walk to the station in one direction and 10 minutes walk to the funicular for Citta Alta, in the other. There were pleasant views from our apartment. For an extra 20 Euro, the owner met us at the airport and we had a private transfer directly to the apartment. The driver recommended a bar cal. This apartment is absolutely perfect for a family of four. It is all brand new and in perfect condition. It is exactly as nice as shown on the pictures. We were contacted by Glenda the owner to arrange with the keys and to be introduced to the apartment, and it worked perfectly. We were so well received and we even had kind help to find a parking spot which was a bit difficult due to maintainance work at the parking place nearby the apartment. The apartment is located right in the center of Ber. Superb location, modern and very clean, The young lady who met us was pleasant and very helpful.Views over the city were wonderful. Really is the most central area of Bergamo, with easy access to the upper old city etc. The owner Glenda is fantastic. Anything you ask she will try to arrange for you. Easy going. Nice very clean and cosy apartments with a busstop in front. Close to everything. I like location, design of the appartaments, staff is very friendly. It would be nice to visit next time. The only thing that we did not like was departing from Bergamo, we could live there with great ease. We recommend that a full length mirror be added to one of the bedrooms. Being located at a crossroads and opposite a church, it was quite noisy if you are a light sleeper. Nothing. Very noisy from adjacent apartments. We could not sleep at all on the last night due to lack of sound insulation. We will not be staying again. A few minor issues were lack of rubbish bins, toilet rollholder and no english speaking tv stations. Noise from street, which was easily eradicated by closing French windows, most effective. Breakfast was included in a strange way: we had to make it but the goods were brought to us and the sellection wasn`t that good. The rooms were not so personal: only ikea.
