The staff were excellent. - most of the staff were very friendly ..very professional which was great yet they opened up and laughed with us when we asked them questions...made us feel pampered but at home at the same time which is a rare quality!   It is in the middle of Marsala's countryside but well placed. he resort gives you a very detailed map which is very helpful to find everything you need. You need a car to go to the beach and to the city, but it is a very good deal. The place is modern with lounge bar and swimming pool, with a private parking place. Breakfast is always fresh and hu... what people say » ge and nice with everything you need, from pastries to egg and bacon or pizza. towels and sheets has been changed regularly during our 4 nights there - App 10 minutes from the airport of trapani and near Marsala lays this comfortable hotel with good restaurant, deleightfull breakfast and lovely poolfacilities. Even when we did not have time forbreakfast becouse of a early flight, they brought a little breakfast for the next morning just before we went to bed. Nice rooms,clean bathroom and good beds. If looking for a place to stay near airport, book Villa Carlo.

Especially to the night shift of August 10th, 2008, that dispite our late arrival went out of their way to provide us with a light dinner and a surprise birthday party for one of our co-travellers. Mihai is a star!!! This hotel is an oasis in the Marsala area. Breakfast was very good and we ate in the restaurant on 2 evenings and the food and wine from the Donna Franca winery were very good. Would recommend the hotel, but you do need a car to get about. Fantastic views of the islands

  The b&b owner matteo was extremely welcoming and upon our arrival immediately brought some Marsala wine and refreshments to the table for sampling. As it was late he offered to take me to the local pizzeria as it was dark and our first night and we didn't quite know the route. Once we returned to the B&B he immediately opened a chilled bot... what people say » tle of white wine to accompany our meal. We only stayed one night as our flight arrived at trapani quite late, however the cleanliness and friendlines - It was a nice stay at this bed and breakfast. It 'was really lovely to look the sunset, even if alone, and the breakfast was sensational. Perfect location to get to the airport. I recommend it warmly
