  It was much more up-market than we thought it would be. The room was stunning and the bed was very comfortable. It was only about 200m from the train station, which was perfect as Avezzano does not really have public transport that we could see.   We were warmly welcomed at the Olimpia hotel. The hotel is located near a road with a lot of economic activity, but inside the hotel you are not affected by it. In the garden there is an large pool. Despite the good weather the water was very chilly. Breakfast was very good, surely when you like sweets. Really good value for money. - Location was good and their is a mall nearby, staff was friendly, free parking, free breakfast and the property is well kept .
