Parkin - Great location, in the middle of the italian countryside this place is magic, beautiful and peaceful. The staff there is absolutely amazing, specially Julia she is really nice person always willing to help in anything. I felt like home while staying in this marvelous place. Rooms are clean and pristine as well were the bathrooms. You won't be dissapointed, if you have the chance to stay in Asti look no further this IS the place to stay

  Very farm welcome and made to feel completely at home. Nothing was a problem and Geraldine was such a lovely and friendly person who really made you feel very welcome and free to enjoy yourself. She was on hand if required but left you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the house. It was like home - This was our second stay at Villa Ferrari and we would not hesitate to stay there again. The house itself is very beautiful and the rooms are immaculate and very comfortable. The location is quiet even though you are only a short walk from the town. Geraldine is a kind, charming and helpful host who can advise you about what to do and where to eat in Asti. Her breakfast is everything you could wish for, fresh and home made using local ingredients. Delicious!

  This is the third time I have stayed here, and this time the internet worked in the room. The staff is pleasant, and they made me a bag with several small sandwiches when I missed the breakfast. I returned to the hotel well after midnight, and they were still very welcoming. They are an easy 10 minute walk to the train station, and on Saturday m... what people say » ornings (and I believe Wednesday mornings), there is large market in the piazza outside the hotel (that is usually a large parking lot). I will stay - We only stayed one night at the Reale whilst on a road trip. We chose it for its location and parking. Hotel reserved parking places are very limited but we were lucky to find one. There is an air of faded grandure about the Reale but it was OK for a night's stay. We ate in their restaurant which was OK but nothing special. Good breakfast.

  What a delightful place - we had a huge room - large bathroom (although could have used a table or somewhere to set my makeup/toothbrush, etc. The owners are so accommodating, and friendly beyond expected! We arrived late (problem with the train from Paris) and they cooked a wonderful, gourmet, multi-course meal for us... Then, when I was asked ... what people say » what I like in the morning, I indicated that if they had a Coke, that would be the best - well, they didn't have one and offered juice.....but, at 8:0 - Beautifully renovated property with a comfortable, but very modern style inside. Great welcome. Superb evening meal and breakfast. Conveniently near the motorway, but quiet and set in open countryside. Found by chance but we will be back!
