The staff was very good and helpful. The hotel rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very good. As israeli hotels go. ON A SCALE OF 1 - 10, THIS IS A 12. Location and facilities. Private lakeside gardens with access to swim. Pool, parking, 4 lifts, walking distance to market, shops and restaurants. Nice location next to the lake Very good breakfast Clean and enough space in the room.

The breakfast and most everything. Near town, good view of the sea. Staff was wonderful and accomadating. The Pool is fabulous as was the access to the Sea of Galilea. When the first two rooms had leaks or other problems the staff went the extra mile to situate us in an appropriate room. Good value Near to restaurants on the water Parking was good if you got into it in time as the lot filled up. Excellent location, breakfast is good enough, there's a private beach though it's small. After we requested to move from the first room, which was not nice, we were given a nicer room with a gorgeous view. Breakfast was nice. The Location only. Internet doesn't work unless you stand by the door! Housekeeping walks into the room without knocking the door; luckily i was standing at the door using the internet. nothing. Nothing to remember. The hotel has a "beach" but you can't even touch the water of the lake (Sea of Galilee). I've asked to the employee at the beach front just to be allowed to touch the water and he rudely just answered no. Breakfast could be better (coffee was undrinkable). The beach was closed. The pool hours were limited. It is an older property. If you are staying in Tiberius for a few extra dollars the Leonardo Plaza, or the Leonardo Club is a much better option. Internet was only available in the lobby and it was slow or overloaded and you could not access it. Should of had a better wireless. Dirty! Extremely dirty everywhere. Towels in the pool look like already used. Dirty windows in the room. I'll think many times before booking Leonardo next time. No wi-fi connection in the rooms Swimming pool is closed at 18:00. > To many leonardo in Tiberias, It's confusing,,, similar name, same photo used in website. Room safe needs to be installed. There are more than one Leonardo very close toone another there. Make sure you get to the correct one. Outside was filthy on the ground. Pool hours are 10 am to 5 pm which means if you are touring the area you can't use the pool. Family room is a regular room with the couch opened - small if you have more than 1 child. A/C units are old and the vents haven't been cleaned. Rooms are in need of updating. There was no help with luggage & if a tour group arrives at the same time there are no carts. Rooms use keys and do not lock behind you. The poolside beds were not made when the pool opened and later the pool staff were making these up, causing us to have to move our things and dust in our faces. The pool staff worked without tops on and with scary tattoos. We were given a dirty towel in our room. No balconies. Didn't feel like a 4 star hotel more basic like a 3 star. This is not a 4 star hotel ,, It was not clean during our stay No showers at the lake side we checked in Late and were not given the possibility of a one hour extra for checkout.
