We were upgraded to an executive room on the 15th,with complementary wine and chocolates in the room.The view from our window over Haifa Bay was lovely.Buffet breakfast was very good,with a large assortment of food options plus omelette station.Location on the upper level of Haifa was great- close to buses and Carmelit cable train. The view outstanding. The location was excellent. The room was comfortable, with wine and fruits complimentary. Walking distance to the Carmelit (subway), and important shopping area on site and outside as well. Walking distance to Bahai gardens. We are Dan members, and they left a little something as a welcome gift.

It would be a plus if the hotel provide free wifi internet in the room as well. Great location. Great staff. The room needed an obvious vacuuming when we arrived. My wife had to put a note. View from the room was, as promised, spectacular. Fantastic breakfast. The excellent service was very much appreciated. Every morning the manager asked, and meant, if there was anything he could do. This is an excellent hotel for business travel. Good hotel compared to the others on Mt carmel. Good views, good location and friendly staff. A bit pricy for the standard/size of room, but overal it is a good hotel . excellent position and view.Near 1000 steps to go down and the subway for coming up,from downtown Haifa. We liked everything, there is nothing wrong with this hotel. The price is still a bit too expensive with the current facilities. Shower staff was very ackward. The WiFi ( free ) is only free in the Lobby Bar area and should be extended for business users. No free wifi, Internet very expensive !. Cleaning room service. Sometimes it's good, but other times its not good at all. However calling reception fixed these minor problems. Business lounge only opened from 6:00-9:00 pm Not an impressive business center -. No hotel parking. Need to pay extra in 3rd party parking. The corridors and doors need a little restoration. But it definitely doesn't upset you. absence of parking, the Dinning room ( too noisy), the staff ( smile not inclused) the price. For 1000 IS /night I expected more. For the entire stay they did not serve any bread for breakfast. On Sat. it was no hot milk for coffee. On Friday night the hotel was packed with kids, and until late at night children and their parents were yelling and running around the hallways. What a 1st class hotel?????.
