Excellent service, Great location to Ben Gurion airport, Free shuttle and happy hour with great snacks, clean and comfortable, free parking, very secure location and medical center nearby in case of emergency care needed, close to Tel Aviv, great for business travellers or an overnight close to BenGurion for early or late day travel, Shopping center at lower level, Exceptional value. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The hotel has a new feeling. Since I did not have a flight to catch and did have a car, I didn't use the hotel's free shuttle to Ben Gurion airport or early breakfast box. But this should be a nice addition to someone travelling to the airport. The hotel is a 15 minutes drive from the airport.
all reviews » Was close to the airport and that is why we booked it. Did not want to travel far at 2 AM. It is 15 min from the airport. You would not stay here for any other reason as it is not near anything except a hospital and military site. The breakfast was included and a good spread. We landed at Ben Gurion airport after midnight, and did not want to go all the way to our destination in Jerusalem. By staying in this clean, comfortable hotel and getting a good night's sleep and breakfast, we avoided any jet lag. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is the closest hotel to the airport and served our purpose since we got in in the late afternoon and had an early flight the next day. It had a happy hour, a nice breakfast and the rooms were quite comfortable. We liked the happy hour. Staff friendly. Clean place. If you don't need to catch an early flight and you have a car and don't mind the extra 15 minutes it takes to travel from Tel Aviv to the airport area (30 minutes instead of 15), than a hotel at Tel Aviv is better. The walls were very thin. There was a family around us and the husband would wake up and start yelling at his wife and then that would wake up the baby. So as long as no babies are crying or crazy man yelling it was quiet. Wouldn't go there looking for a scenic location (it's adjacent to a hospital, in a shopping center), but if one needs to visit the hospital or is coming off a late-night flight, it's great !. It was far away from everything but we knew that and had already stayed in downtown Tel Aviv earlier in our visit and needed to be near the airport. location. No good restaurants nearby and not town within walking distance. It is next to the highway, on top of a mall. That's the only thing to do. No village or anything else in the vicinity. I would say it's too expensive, nothing to see around. Would have preferred a pick up at the airport at a discounted rate from the taxi I had to take. From your website it appears to be about 6 kilometers, but is much farther. We arrived in the middle of the night and I got into an argument with the cab driver based on the directions I had printed from your website. Too short stay for any impression. it was not easy to find. Being told by security that I couldn't walk through the car park to get into the hotel, but had to walk right around the block and enter through the mall on the ground floor. I'm an ignorant foreigner, but why is the hotel's address given as Be'er Ya'acov when the hotel is in Assaf Harofeh? This caused my taxi driver a lot of trouble and led to my having to pay him 100 shekels extra. (I'm pretty sure this was all his fault, because obviously a taxi driver is supposed to be familiar with airport hotels, but I talked with his supervisor on his phone and she couldn't straighten it out either.). My cabdriver had no idea where the hotel was. I had made a copy of the website homepage but it lacked Hebrew. So that did not help the cabdriver. I suggest making your homepage more explicitly useful for unfamiliar cabdrivers.The environment is not very exciting (near a big hospital, with barriers/guards everywhere), but I chose it for its proximity with the airport. Surrounds Quite expensive for a basic 'near airport' hotel. Really poor location. Without a car is difficult to reach a decent restaurant. It is in a shopping mall that shuts down after 21:00. No restaurant in the hotel. that means after the shopping mall closes there is nothing to eat except a sandwich or outside delivery. Address is hard to find Price. the website claims 6.6k which turned ot to be 18k by taxi. although the website states this is by air its misleading would have been easier to stay in Telaviv. breakfast was very poor, no bottled water in the room.
