  amazing price-got 2 nights bed and breakfast and a 3 course evening meal for 148 euro for 2 people al inclusive, however, we found out it was a typo, but the hotel honoured the price - nice friendly atmosphere, staff very friendly and helpful. food served was excellent

We will defo be back for our anniversary!! - The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond. The facilities were clean and very comfortable. The fact that they could accommodate my whole family in one room was a major plus. They typed out directions for us every day no matter where we were going. We have already recommended the lodge to friends.

  This B&B is very good. Great location just up from the quay but close to Westport town which is lovely. The hotel was very clean and well run and the breakfast excellent. The room was of a good size (plenty of room) and well equipped with tea & coffee making facilities and a small fridge in the room with bottles of water, chocolate etc. to... what people say » purchase. It also housed the fresh milk which was brought to the room for tea / coffee making. There was an en suite bathroom with shower and sauna c - Family-run by people who really care about hospitality and made time to talk to guests. Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms and good bathrooms. Quiet and convenient location between Westport town centre and the harbour. Really tasty and generous 'full Irish' breakfast which really sets one up for the day. High comfort/value ratio - five people sharing two rooms cost under 300 euros total for two nights inc the excellent breakfasts.

  The staff were very efficient, friendly and always available to ensure one's comfort and satisfaction. Food was excellent and breakfast team went that extra step to welcome and offer assistance. The room was lovely and we were given a family room with 2 double beds which was great and a wide screen tv which was great, tea making facilities in the room which did not exprect from a b&b and the shower was best ever.   The owners were very welcoming and friendly. He was very willing to recommended places to eat in the locality and any quiry that we had was no problem for him to answer. As our aim was to climb Croagh Patrick the following day he recommended what time would be best to climb at as the weather was not great. Will definitetly be back again, the atmosphere was relaxing even for a place fully booked and there was no noise. - Hospitality and friendliness. Excellent breakfasts.   What a wonderful place to stay. The friendliness of Des, who greeted me and made sure that my stay was amazing. The outstanding cleanliness of my room and the whole building was amazing. The Breakfast was second to none. I needed to leave early on my departure day to catch a bus and Des had no problem doing me an early breakfast to accommodate thi... what people say » s. I will definitely go back and I urge anyone else thinking of visiting Westport to stay at Clooneen House. - I was met and greeted warmly by Des who took my bag and showed me to my room, recommended some pubs and sites and was gracious and helpful, as well as discreet. The room was warm, well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

  The location couldn't be better! We didn't know anything about the town when we arrived and found Elephant Guest House in short walking distance to nice restaurants, pubs with great music and of lovely little shops. The owners were lovely. Great value for money! - Des and Bernie are very warm, welcoming and so helpful. The decor was clean and modern (and what an amazing shower after a long day travelling!) They also accomodated needs such as gluten friendly requirements and were generous with breakfast portions. The beds were really comfortable and the room well lit. The location is also excellent - right in the centre of town
