The air of enjoyment. I was there with my son who was home from Australia and my youngest son and his wife. They loved everything about the hotel and would certainly visit it again. I too would pay a visit and make more of the leisure facilities. The staff are really helpful as when I discovered we had no ironing board in our room they rectified the matter immediately. The bathroom worked really well, especially the shower. all reviews »
value for money, staff were excellent expecially sean in the front bar who could not do enough for us and was so pleasant all the time, he s an asset to any company, donegals loss and westport s gain. thanks sean.....Staff efficency and attention to detail was excellent. Cannot believe this is a three star hotel. Have stayed in four star hotels which didn't match Castlecourt for service. Friendly staff, very comfortable room, especially the giant bed! We enjoyed the entertainment and bar service was very good in deed.lovley hotel i love the pool where i can relax wit my friends i reccomend it to celebrites its so clean staff all so kind. The staff were excellent. The facilities very good. Food was good but pricey.central location, excellent facilities, friendly staff. Friendly staff,very clean and relaxing atmosphere. A choice would be good.The price of mixers for shorts in the bar, they were too expensive. Bar service was poor due to lack of staff on saturday night.There was a constant noise from back of building which upset me like from central heating boiler ?. There was renovations taking place, we were not informed of this and it interupted our sleep as it started early in the morning. We should have been informed of same. Would have liked a residence lounge, more seating outside general bar for evening drinks, etc. For the price felt the rooms could be more modern and need renovating.Pool was not open. Very noisy was woken at 4 am by drunken crowd on corridor and staff didnot make alarm call as requested causing me to be late for anappointment. Would not stay there again.
