They reserved taxis for us to go to the airport, and confirmed them for us the next morning. They were very accomodating. Fantastic welcome, even though we arrived after midnight. Friendly staff, wonderful hotel, very convenient from airport. Great location for a night before take-off. Very nice pub and restaurant. The room and bed were very comfortable. The welcome we had on reception, late at night when we got there.

The duvet was like a big pillow case to cover the blanket, so clean because it gets changed withe the bed, Not like an old bed spread crawling with germs. A bit of a walk to the town center. Smell in the restaurant area I found a bit oily for first thing in the morning.Front desk staff was not overly helpful. fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. according to guest reviews that seems to be a regular occurance. I love Chinese food, but some do not and the non-Chinese menu was limited. Food quality excellent. I did not feel welcomed in the bar/pub, either in mid-afternoon (when I arrived and wanted lunch) nor at dinner (when I wanted dinner). Being American, I wasn't sure as to the customs/protocol, but no one came to help me.not the easiest to find although instructions seemed straightforward enough. Hot room needed window open therefore some traffic noise. The only thing I could fault was lack of shampoo in room,as for mepersonally I do not like having to wash my hair with soap. The door in the bathroom was breaking. The ceiling in the bathroom was cracked and looked dangerous. The tv looked like it has many channels but really they were duplicated channels.Bedside light turned off at outlet which couldn't be reached without moving furniture. No other working light in bedroom area. No shampoo. Only 1 chair for two people. We thought the bar could do with a clean and paint It seemed very dirty.
