Easy to find,plenty of parking,friendly corteous staff,beautiful rooms and ideal location away from all the traffic and noise. Very easy to get there by car. A bit far from the LUAS. Pricing was very good. 65 euro double room + breakfast. Would certainly stay here again. Convenient to services. Friendly receptionist and breakfast staff. . It was a very nice peacefull place to stay an any questions we had wewere well looked after.

Small issue, bed was a bit bumpy.no bar or restraunt. We had a double-bed, with two mattresses, the split wasn't really comfortable..had to travel outside hotel to get lunch/dinner, etc. no, it was a residence as stated, so do not expect hotel standards. Luas station is a bit of walk. Other guests were noisy in corridor until about midnight. No night bell to admit guests returning late at night.Very Far away from city centre. Breakfast could be much better, all the bread was frozen and they have a very slow toaster with all guests vying for it.No restuarant or bar facilities however Dundrum town centre is only down the road. as above. It's a bit too far and the website did not have clear directions as how to get there from the tram station - not everyone travel with a car!. lacks atmosphere in the evenings especially over the weekends. Curtains did not close properly. Hard to find location. Didnt seems like a Hotel...its was just a venue with Bedrooms. I would not put it in an hotel category. it`s more of a college residence. The breakfast was basic. Strangely the cold tap in the bathroom delivered warm/ hot water thelonger I ran it. THis isn't good for drinking!!. The split in the middle of the bed (was two single mattresses with the zip up style to make a king bed). Was refused late check out of one hour when hotel didn't appear to be full or busy, no explanation given, just immediate No.There was nothing I didn't like, but the building itself is a concrete monolith that is more like a modern university library than a hotel. A few maintenance problems that need attending.Very isolated position and staff were not very friendly.

Travelling information

From the airport on the m50: On to the M50 heading southbound, continue along the motorway through the toll bridge until you see a sign for Ballinteer/Dundrum/Sandyford. This is Exit Number 13. Take the 2nd exit off the roundabout and continue straight ahead. Go through three roundabouts and you will have Tesco Petrol Station on your left. The next set of traffic lights is at a large crossroads. Here, take the right turn and go straight up the hill. Straight through one roundabout and we are up there on the right hand side. You will see a sign for the IMI.
