Beautiful grounds, the view of the cascades, the front of hotel was gorgeous. The spa was fantastic, outdoor hot tub was a real treat. Pool at night time provided a great ambience. Sauna with glass wall again contributed to lovely atmosphere. Lovely service in Thai restaurant and a great meal. Breakfast had great selection also. Location was great so close to lahinch and many other Clare attractions.

Clare. We stayed 1 night for a wedding and had the best time we have had in a long time. FOOD STAFF and the LUXURY of the Hotel will stay with us for a while I would recommend the Falls Hotel to everyone. The food was excellent. We had never eaten Thai but tried it and it was amazing. The spa and leisure area was beautiful, staff were lovely especially Vivien who was our first point of contact. We were married in the hotel 24 years ago so it was lovely to revisit and see how the hotel has developed for the better. The leisure centre is wonderful and everything was lovely. The location was beautiful, our room was clean, spacious and comfortable/peaceful. The staff were welcoming and did everything to make our stay a memorial experience. Spacious & Clean Rooms. Excellent breakfast facilities & range of foods. Economical & facility of cancellation up to last two days without penalties. The thai restaurant and excellent choice of wine. the outdoor hottub the fabulous spa the setting for the hotel, fab the proximity to the village value for money. I enjoyed the food the hot tub my hotstone massage with ade the peace and quiet and the friendly staff its my heaven on earth ill beback for more soon. The room was lovely and big and very comfortable. Both meals I had were big sized portions and very tasty. Staff were very friendly. Excellent staff, especially at Reception. All our requests were carried out with no problems, even with the hotel at full capacity. we enjoyed the food and the pool, sauna and steam room. realy good will stay again. music in bar nice. On first arriving at the hotel we were a bit iffy as the exterior was not great cpuld do with being freshened up... Inside though we were amazed at the differnece it was lovely to be fair.. The male receptionist attended us promptly and was very friendly. On arriving at our room 443 we were not impressed to see that there was no bath as in the pictures.. Alo the stains on the carpet were extremely off putting... We then decided to head to the bar for a drink, the staff were lovely but the gener. The family room was amazing, the spa and pool were perfect and the view from outside of the waterfall was great. Overall great hotel to relax in. Location was good. Relatively close to a lot of tourist sites, including Cliffs of Moher, the Burren, Doolin, Lahinch. the room was tastefully decorated the breakfast was nice. Location was great Staff were excellent. The surround area. When we asked to move room we were moved promptly without any problems. Spa area was very nice Good food. The room was a little disappointing due to weak shower and a dated look. I feel this hotel has so much potential and could look more luxurious inside, great building but a little dated and lacking something. A little pricey. Not really anything. If anything they gave more than we could eat at the evening meal. One fillet of steak was ample. Two very large fillets received was more than could be consumed. Bar prices are expensive. The treatments were beyond my budget although I would have loved to try them. My short stay I didn't want to leave. Tennis court pourly maintained - fencing & net. No extractor fan in shower. The very large impersonal bar. no complaints just my stay was too short. Being charged 7 euros extra for room service. Leisure facilities - whilst using the showers after swimming the water ran out leaving a lot of upset ladies, was informed the leisure was operated by a different company so can't blame the hotel for this. very few people in the bar to chat with. bar was to quite. I find calling the reception floor the 4th floor confusing. Bar staff and waiting staff were a little rude at the funtion we attended but other than that great place. The lack of air conditioning in the Hotel. Very unfriendly reception staff, didn't make any social conversation on booking in. a bit pricey for a one night stay. the only thing we didnt like was the room doors bang quite loudly woke a few times during night by this . we stayed for a week it was off season so not many people around it was cold outside so spent a lot of time in our room. didn't like evening meals. Hotel could be nicer, it is quite dated and needs a make-over. The car parking is haphazard, with no delineated spaces and needs to be tarred - loose gravel finish looks cheap. Taps in bathroom (sink and bath) were loose. Staff could have taken time to welcome us to the hotel, including explaining what facilities were in the hotel, availability, opening times of thai restaurant, etc. 2euro deposit on leisure towels which were threadbear. Room was very dated. For the price you'd expect a least a breakfast cooked personally for you instead of it cooked in bulk and put on a banmarie to keep warm!. Dark rooms, outdated rooms, pictures on the website are misleading as the rooms are not that nice. Our room was very old and cold. If not in new rooms should pay less.
