The lady who owned this B&B was extremely welcoming and friendly from the moment you walk through the door. Fabulous Irish breakfast every morning. Rooms were spacious and clean, bathroom was also spotless! The hotel is very close to the town centre and makes shopping/restaurants and bars very accessible! My family and I will definitely be returning! x. The house was beautiful and well appointed. Our room was exceptional and spotless as was the entire facility. The hosts were warm, welcoming,and very nice. The food was delicious and served in their lovely dining room. In short, it was a memorable experience and we would recommend Fairlawns to anyone.
all reviews » Everything from the first welcome until the final farewell was just perfect. Friendly Hospitality, Clean, Breakfast cooked perfectly every morning with good options. Noels recommendation of friendly pubs good but his Horse tips for Cheltenham racing left something to be desired haha. Fabulous B&B. Breige, the owner, was so accommodating and couldn't do enough for you. The room was clean, bright and had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable too. Despite being full if guests, it was surprisingly quiet at night too. Great stay. We will definitely be back. I got a very friendly reception and was shown the facilities. The room was small, but well equipped and very clean. The owner gave me helpful directions and recommendations.Breakfast was served with a friendly smile and delicious. I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend fairlawns Bed and breakfast for short stays as Hotel does deliver on what it promises to deliver, it is friendly and clean, nice rooms, lovely well kept gardens too. Basically on a whole very well maintained bed and breakfast. Everything was very clean and tidy, especially bedroom and en suite, also nicely furnished, Breakfast was very good, our hosts could not have been better, it`s conveniently situated, plenty of parking and at reasonable cost, Highly recommended. The best B&B north Dublin, for sure: exceptional attention, rooms, breakfast, etc. We booked there "by accident" (after being in norther ireland), and we visited the county thanks to their advise and we enjoyed a lot. Room was a tad small, wifi didn't work. TV in room didn't work very well, and you have to drive to downtown Dundalk - not walkable. Only 2 TV stations available and the room was on the small side. It was a bit noisy in the morning as our room was near the dining room and the hallway has timber floors. But I would still be happy to return. Nothing at all. It was all perfect nothing I didn't like. loved every thing. nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing not to like it was a lovely stay.
