Rooms were clean and comfortable. Appartment contained everything you could need, even had a washing machine/dryer. Close to the centre of the city - only took about 8 mins on the bus which you could catch at the end of the road. The staff were really helpful, and gave us lot of advice about where to go and how to get there. I have never stayed in a Dublin accommadation as good as this place! Mygirlfriend and I could not get over the cleanliness of the apartment,the value for money and the friendly and helpful staff! If you are ayoung couple like us then this is a great place for you and we wouldhighly recommend it to you!.

I found it to be a bright, perfectly clean, spacious and within the area that I required. The taxi rank outside the door was a bonus. This apartment is great, clean, large. A short bus ride from the city center. Staff is friendly, gave us a ride across town after our check in. I can't say enough about this place, we will stay there again if we go back to Dublin.Location was ideal for getting to and from the city centre. The view from the apartment was excellent looking out on to the dog track. Modern with all the facilities, excellent choice. Quiet area. Shops close by. Bus route. It was clean and had had everything poossible we arrived 4 hours earlierbefore check in due to transport tierd and worn out the staff were morethan happy to let us check in early every one was so so wonderful......The apartments were modern and clean everything you could want for the perfect break.Near to city centre and bus stops outside.Really enjoyed our stay and will definately return and will recommend to friends. A map of where the apartment was located and a list of buses frequenting the stop by the apartment would have been helpful.Better directions to the apartments could be provided as we had a taxi from the airport and the driver did not know where The Moorings were!. Had difficulty finding the property and had difficulty getting directions from the property.Trying to locate the apartment was not easy also having to chase the apartment manager and being told that I would receive an email within two days which I did not so I had to chase them again the night before travelling. nothing. would always come back. As the apartments were new there were a few minor details like no coathangers not emough pillows and towels and the television did not have a scart lead so we could not use. We were given a contact number in case of any problems however we could not contact anyone on this when we tried. These are however minor issues which I am sure will be resolved in due course overall the apartments were brilliant.A pity the basics were not provided, eg salt, pepper and cooking oil, otherwise great. the 10.00pm checkout. Would be helpful if a sign was put next to Switch for Shower. ( Unableto switch water supply on for shower, until a staff member showed us theappropriate switch.). The location was about a half hour walk out of the city centre or 10EURO cab. There was a shortage of breakfast bowls in the kitchen and the knives and forks were a bit rusty. Noisy at night with other tenants coming and going.The location was a bit off. The beds were terrible. Both beds had broken headstands that creaked if you moved and we were just waiting for the bed to collapse completely at any time! But that was the only problem we had everything else was fantastic.30 min walk from the centre, but can easily get a bus. Closer attention needed to ensure dishwasher has soap, microwave has glass plate, adequate supply of toilet paper so we don't have to request the same.They could provide you with maps to get into the city as it is a 20 minute walk and we were confused on where we were. Difficult to find, late at night without any street number. next to the grayhound stadium is ok if you know where the stadium is!!.
