What a great place to start our Ireland adventure. after a long overnight flight and a drive on the "wrong" side of the road, John was kind enough to let us check in early and catch a late afternoon nap before hitting the pubs of Dingle later in the evening. room was perfect, bed comfortable, breakfast yummy == we even tried the pudding! The house is also lovely. It's clean, cosy and comfortable. The rooms feel new and fresh. I slept so well. The location is good, about 15 minute walk from the main pubs in Dingle. It's quiet and felt safe. Breakfast was fabulous! A variety of choices, all fresh and yummy. A great experience. Dingle is beautiful an. John and Camilla are wonderful, helpful, and cheerful hosts. Their B&B is spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, and very bright. We had a very nice view of the bay and countryside. It is convenient to both the town of Dingle and the historic and natural sites. Both John and Camilla are extremely helpful in giving suggestions for excellent food, interesting sites, nice hikes or bike rides, and local history. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already suggesting their B & B to frie. Browne's B&B exceeded our expectations in almost every way. Our host Camilla was very friendly and helpful. We had many delightful conversations. Here home is lovely and located just far enough outside of Dingle town to offer a relaxing and peaceful stay. The breakfasts were a joy. Camilla is a great cook. We would definitely go back. Dingle is one of the most spectacular places in Ireland and Browne's is ideally positioned to enjoy this enchanted region. The charming town of Dingle & the Dingle Peninsula personify the natural beauty of Ireland and the musical joy and warmth of its people .If you can only visit one place in Ireland , this is a must ! And after 2 weeks and many B& B stays ,I can say there are no better hosts then John & Camilla at Brownes B&B. Very nice clean and comfortable rooms. We had an incredible view of Dingle Bay out the window. Camilla is a great cook, the breakfasts were the best we had during our Ireland excursion (including other B&Bs and restaurants). Camilla and John are very helpful and accommodating. All this for a very reasonable price. Our stay at Brownes was by far the best we had. John & Camilla were incredibly friendly, helpful, and willing to show us places to visit within Dingle. The view from our room was of the Dingle shore and was just breath taking. Both of us agreed that if or when we visit Dingle we will be staying at Brownes. The hosts were fabulous. They were very friendly and offered their help without us even having to ask. They recommended restaurants in town and a great route through the Slea Head Drive to help us save time but see the maximum amount of things. The room was tastefully decorated and very clean and comfortable. Excellent people, courteous, sincerely concerned with our welfare and needs. Room very clean, bed very comfortable, shower space roomy with lots of hot water. Breakfast was outstanding -- we're 'gluten-free' and the host and hostess provided excellent, homemade gluten-free breads and cookies. 10 out of 10. While it was a bit outside the town, it was quick, easy and cheap to get a taxi. Weather allowing, you could walk. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, shower was good. The couple running it were extremely friendly and attentive. Freshly baked scones were lovely and choice at breakfast good. Everything about Brownes B&B was wonderful, but I especially liked the delicious breakfast. The host and hostess went out of their way to provide information about places to go/things to see. We booked the inn at the very last minute based on online recommendations, and were NOT disappointed!. The owners were very friendly and would go out of their way to help you. Great advice on where to explore around the peninsula and a very personal feel to the whole stay. Breakfast was the nicest we had on our trip (out of three hotels/B and Bs). This was one of the best BBs we've ever stayed at. Owners went out of their way several times to make our stay wonderful. View from room was to die for! It was like staying with your best friends! Away from town, but close enough to walk to it (15 minutes). Book this one ahead of time folks, because it is popular!. The loveliest B&B in Ireland! We didn't mind paying cash, but wish we had been better prepared for it. Slight distance from centre but this would not put me off going there as it was great service and atmosphere. Dingle itself was really quiet, which was a pity but we were there at the end of the Easter holidays so our timing wasn't great. I liked everything!. Having to leave!. Nothing to not like!. Flowers on the window ledges interrupted the views!! Seriously everything was marvellous. All good. 15 - 20 minute walk from town, no footpath for the last half mile. Small ensuite. There is nothing to not like!!. I couldn't find fault with anything. leaving!. Need to bring ear plugs for road noise - not an issue unique to this hotel. Most are close to the road and a bit noisy. Not cheap for B&B. Nothing. None.
