Rooms include bathrooms with bathrobes, slippers and hairdryers. With panoramic sea views, guests can dine in the award-winning Gulfstream Restaurant, which serves fine French and Mediterranean cuisine, and daily seafood specials. With a warm décor and offering a tasty bar menu, the Dunes Pub & Bistro has a nautical theme. The Island Spa has fantastic facilities including the Seawater Therapy Pool, which pumps water in from the ocean outside. There is a variety of massages, beauty treatments and body wraps available. The hotel is located just outside of Clonakilty town, and the Dunmore Golf Club is a 5-minute drive away. Guests can enjoy horse riding, surfing and whale watching in the area.

This was a truly wonderful hotel experience from start to finish. One that most hotels could learn from. Greeted with a glass of Irish Mist at reception, chocolate plate and beautifully finished scenic photo book of the local area in our room, finally a gift of local made jams at checkout from the chef. The staff were amazing, the food was great, the scenery to die for. All in all, a must visit hotel that dwarfs all others.

The staff are amazing, food great, location superb and I dodnt want to leave Anne. This was our first visit to Inchydoney,from the moment we arrived we felt really at home.The staff were so friendly,the hotel is just amazing,spotlessly clean and comfortable.Food excellent, locatoin second to none,beautiful beach.Will go back for sure. . Loads of space to lounge about with fantastic views, lots of lovely little touches. Loved sitting out on the balcony and soaking up the view. Did not want to leave!!. Everyone was so friendly. On our arrival treated extremely well. Porter to help with luggage. Chocolates and fruit awaited us. Room wonderful.Away from it place.Lovely swimming pool (a bit on the small side, but we went in after 6pm. 9/10. The staff remembered us from previous visit and left lovely note and chocolates in our room . Spent many years during my youth staying in inchydoney in chalets. Love the luxury of the hotel including the food. The sound of the sea while going to sleep is what I love most. The staff are excellent...friendly, polite, attentive and so welcoming. The view from the room was spectacular, overlooking the beach. The room was luxurious and very nicely decorated. Breakfast was super too. It simply was a truly relaxing and friendly place to be. The staff are the best I have ever had the pleasure to be served by. A few days at this hotel puts the spring back in your step. Everything, you were made feel like queen, staff are fantastic so friendly and could not do enough for you. Rooms were lovely very stylish they were suberb. Most comfortabl beds of any hotel we have been in. Lovely pool . Nice touch the bowls of apples around . We loved the warm welcome and the location on a stunning sandy beach. The room was comfortable and we had a nice balcony with side sea view. Our stay was too short. I didn't like the cost! Would love love love to return but its just too expensive. My 10 year old wasn't mad about the pool either, she only lasted about 10 mins there, not really geared for kids. No shaving mirror and no drawer space for clothes. Room 103 lovely however for me location of it very disappointing.Hadn't planned on listening to delivery trucks in the morning or having vehicles pulling up outside spoiling my view when making reservation. Always had room to front of hotel on previous visits. Disappointed that sitting outside was what i expected. The bazaar, if I had to pick one thing, it's not very cosy buts it's not terrible either. Nothing. I felt dinner was over priced. The evening room chech is too early most hotels do this around 8pm when gusts have gone out for the evening. not athing. The fact we only booked one night :(. Staff were very professional which came across as distant at times We ate in the bar the floor staff were good but the guy who brought the food from the kitchen was rude I have never paid so much to have food thrown at me You even get an" enjoy your meal" at McDonalds not from this guy His behaviour over shadowed our dining experience. Pool needs to be re-vamped. Tiles are old and stained. No water in room. The Dunes restaurant has a very limited menu and does not really cater for non "fish eaters". The menu has not changed for the last four years!. We would have preferred wider choice in restaurant... The food was beautiful but we are not into fine dining. Our initial room had completely inadequate sound proofing due to a connecting door to the adjoining room. The hotel, however, responded with a better room for our first night and a lovely suite for our subsequent two nights. The price. very disappointed with spa facilities - facilities outdated. the cost of the accommodation didn't reflect the luxury that one would expect breakfast service slow example, ordering boiled egg and waiting 40 minutes. Shoed some signs of wera and tear in the passangeways and corridors. Noise at night because of wedding function disturbed sleep. Interior of hotel rather tired and could do with a makeover Some jets in the pool were not functioning Shower facilities need attention. Nothing couldn't find fault. Town was not user friendly for wheelchair user. Pool areas, breakfast service. Public toilets. Relaxation room was untidy, cups everywhere, no tea except camomile. Room was connected to another room, we could hear the people next door talking and their TV. Not very romantic. badly signposted from Clokilty. The signposting for hotel from Clonakilty very poor. the food in the bar. It was very much a beach hotel for young families. The decor was a bit tired, restaurant menu too fussy and expensive and the bar menu of the burger and chips variety - nothing inbetween. The bathrobes provided were dirty and had make up from a previous wearer - yuk!. Bedroom narrow, no room to hang up clothes, bathroom small with no separate shower, a weather beaten seat in the veranda. 230 euro is far too expensive should not have been 100 euro.lastly no stand for travel bags.
