And Hannah was great, welcoming us with coffee and freshly baked scones. Upon request in advance, she even prepared lactose free meals for one my friends. We really enjoyed the time and would love to come back to Blacksod and Léim Siar again.

  We stayed at the Broadhaven hotel as a short break during a visit to my wife's family in the west of Ireland, and my wife had previously stayed at the hotel with her family approx 6 years ago, and had been impressed then by the standard of the hotel. This was a busy hotel due to catering for the gas exploration people in the area, but t - We're attended a wedding. The following morning we decided to have a lie in. So we missed breakfast, totally of own accord. We went down to the bar for something to eat. A lady who I presume was a manager came over and told us our meal was complimentary as we didn't have breakfast. This I thought was very nice.
