Staff was very friendly, hotel was excellent. Clean, cheap minibar prices, huge rooms. Staff allowed me to have a late checkout and stored my bags until my late flight. Very accommodating!. location was good and close to city center and malls. rooms are large and clean staff was good. totally very good hotel. all reviews » Cleanliness. Resturant, food and their staff were almost perfect. The spa and their staff are really friendlly and nice. Good like near 5 star hotel for the money you pay in this area. Quiet despite central location, AC could be switched off completely, friendly staff, ATM available in the hotel. Wide room Clean. The Rooms are Clean and Wide. Free wifi. Big rooms. Location was good but not great. However staff was great with providing me directions to everywhere I wanted to see. breakfast was very poor. the pool is not clean and poor but pool boy is very kind and helpful elevator is to slow. every night have night show at out side and very noisy. they play music till 12:00 at midnight. The lifts are too small. expensive. Laundry Service is very poor. There should be First Aid Kit in the hotel for any emergency as I had faced severe headache at 3.00 a.m, but could not find a Panadol in hotel. The music show should not be allowed in terrace in the late hours. If it should be, then the rooms must be sound proof. It was the 3rd time staying in this hotel but this time: The room was not clean after a whole day out and I asked them again to clean while I was at the pool for an hour but nothing happened!! Reception guy on check- in was rude. The room service lady came into my room saying that this room was checked as empty! Maybe they should upgrade to a modern hotel software management. Low overall quality of room furniture, red carpets everywhere, clean, but clearly 'used' state of rooms. Not well closed windows , you can fill that you are ib the Street. No menu in the room. Staff not 5 stars .all in all not 5 stars hotel at all. The worset customer service I have ever seen. The manager, a lady, is horrible. She doesn't know anything about customer service. She is very rude. This staff, especially the manager, make this hotel to fall soon. The WiFi was a nightmare to me. I will never eve go back to this hotel, I recommend you never try it. Over priced. Very basic breakfast. Health club is very bad and the open gym equipments are exhausted and must be replaced.
