The staff was extremely friendly and helpfull, though some were a bit slow in understanding. The pool was great too. Location is great if you want to visit Prambanan and Borobudur. Food in the restaurant was good and very cheap too. Only expensive thing is the wine! 90 euros for a simple bottle of Australian wine.... The facilities are fabulous, especially the pool area. The price is very reasonable, especially in comparison to hotels in other parts of the world, although for local standards quite expensive.

An excellent experience and a hotel and location that I will most certainly visit again. very nice atmosphere with abundant green gardens, generous pool area and the surrounding Golf Course providing lots of tranquility. The restaurants used numerous different menus for lunch and dinner and not one menu was the same. You need about 8 different menus to figure out what it is they offer. They really need to have 1 lunch and 1 dinner menu. The standard room is very small. We added an extra bed and a baby cot for our 2 small children. This almost did not fit. Internet access was very limited. We were charged even for complimentary 30 minutes access. Please change this system. While the a la carte food is very good, the buffet could be improved. Better stay with a la carte. Food on special cultural dance night very poor...room service food...tough lamb chops...had to send back a first time as they were raw..when I asked for medium to well done..however breakfast food was good. Check-in procedure was not smooth, reservation via letsbookhotel.com was not well managed - as well as during check out when breakfst ws additionally charged though already included in reservation; after compaingin about this it was "complimentary" as if a privilege. Reception desk should heve better understanding of English. The rooms were a bit on the small size and the bathroom old fashioned. Terrible travel desk , no information about any of the tourist spots , very average food . Very slow internet. Only three hours free internet per day. Luggage was delayed coming from the room upon leaving and the taxi started the meter when he arrived rather than when entered the taxi. We should have been more alert with the taxi. No cold beer anywhere in the hotel. Service quite slow in restaurant, some itemss forgotten, have to ask twice. The lobby it had funny smell.
