We stayed for 4 night. The resort is located at end of the road and shuttle bus can drive you to beach,Uluwatu temple, etc but time is limited. The room is big and mordern with wonderful sea view. The out-door bathtub is attractive. The swimming pool is charming. If the weather was better and sunset was more colourful, our stay would be more worthful. Amazing location and views of the sea. Staff was really nice and polite. The room was huge and really comfortable. We were in our honeymoon, and were welcome with honeymoon cake and huge smiles! Great breakfast, lots of option. Be prepared for the best pool ever, and don't miss the sunset by the pool.
all reviews » We had rooms overlooking the infinity pool and ocean and the view was spectacular. The rooms were very generous in size and well appointed and comfortable. Sunset at Splash poolside bar was lovely. As you come to expect in Bali, staff were very friendly. Definitely a hotel for couples. The staff were amazing and made our honeymoon wonderfull! Every night we were spoiled with freash fruit and hand made cakes and chockies and even flowers were delivered free of charge. The best hotel I have ever come across. Im very happy! :). The view was amazing, the room was very fresh and clean. The staff was very friendly and helped with eveything that you needed. The buffet breakfast was really nice and a lot to choose from! Strongly recommend this hotel!. Position is amazing, the pool side is great and the hotel grants you a fantastic privacy, food is very good (selection could be a bit wider but it's ok), staff is very helpful and takes care of you. I liked the ocean view and the outdoor bath tub in our suite, as well as the mirror reflecting the view in the room. Other than that, I liked the free shuttle by the resort to several places. Few details still to be managed (water flowing in the tunnel to the pool, external humidity, rooms to be finished in the main building); in some cases staff has been a bit slow acting... I didn't really enjoyed the taste of the food served in the restaurants and felt that they were only normal tasting. I also felt that booking straight away from the resort was expensive and it's better that you book through letsbookhotel.com. Breakfast and food at 360 restaurant was soso. They can improve on the food given the remote location in Uluwutu, it is rather inconvenient to go out and find food. No direct access to the beach. Location is far from other famous places in the island, sometimes we need to spend a lot of additional time on the transportation. Ocean view of the room are good, but the beach is not for swimming/snorkelling. It's rather good for someone going for sailing or surfing. There was no privacy at all. Each room has a jacuzzi on the balcony but you can the next room thru the balcony and they can see us while showering thru the glass door. The long staircase everywhere makes me tired!. The room is very big , but only for two people, I have to pay extra fee for my younger son, and the extra money is too high (usa$75++ per night )after be added 21% tax. So big room but no place can be hanged up our wet clothes. The hair dryer can not be used, I reminded them but no change. Their service is passive . slippery tiles - on edge of pool and on floors - it'S A problem. High price. ..until my laundry didn't arrive in time before I checked-out (hopefully they send it home successfully). not much to do around the area, pool is a bit smaller than expected. staff at night was very poor.
