Warwick Ibah is an amazing and magical place. Their hospitality is above an beyond! Just to say a few things: they knew us by name by the first night, they upgraded our room without us asking or charging us more, they took me to a doctor when I got sick, brought rice pourage to my room to help me feel better (free of charge), their service was superb! all reviews » Beautiful hotel next to the Campuhan Ridge walk which was really really nice. Do it in the evening or early morning and go to karsa cafe. We did not try the restaurant. The pool was really really nice - one of the best hotel pools we've tried. Got upgraded from Tree top to Ibah Suite which was nice - the room was definately luxurious and very very comfortable. We used shuttle which was good. The hotel is extremely beautiful with it's stone walls etc - very very Bali-esque so a nice old feel wit. I booked the Treetop villa but was upgraded to Poinciana suite when I checked in which was excellent! Beautiful facility, great views, very helpful staff. Location provides perfect access to exploring surroundings, walking tours, getting into the town. Spa offers a good range of procedures at an affordable price - you get a 31% discount on their regular price being an Ibah guest. Ubud downtown is a 5 min walk away but you can also get a free shuttle at reception. Loved everything about this hot. We stayed in the Treetops and loved lounging around on the deck listening to the river and the jungle sounds. Most relaxing holiday we have ever had. Pool area is fantastic as are the staff. The hotel is walking distance to main street and market, hope to go back one day. The Ibah is a beautifully designed hotel right near the heart of Ubud. It feels like an ancient mossy stone village complete with tunnel, bridges, sculpted walls, tropical gardens and a series of unique villas and suites all overlooking a lush river valley. The pool is gorgeous, worthy of a James Bond movie, and had a separate pool on a lower level where kids could play without disturbing other guests. Our needs as sisters travelling together were well met. We were surprised with a lovely upgrade on arrival which allowed us to be closer to all the amenities and feel appreciated. The resort is extremely well planned with privacy to the fore. You are respected and cared for in a non-invasive but reassuring manner. We would love to return with more of our familes in the future. The hotel is extremely beautyful (like living near the walls of a ancient temple), the swimming pool is a must try, and the staff and facilities surpassed our expectations. Although the location is central, the busy road outside the hotel was a bit of a trial when on foot, though the free hotel shuttle cars overcame this nicely. Lighting poor in grounds and in rooms. Paths very uneven and slippery when damp and more so when wet, and made worse by being poorly lit. Nothing - everything was perfect!. Nothing. Internet and breakfast should be included in the amount of money you pay for one night. Liked everything. breakfast is not included on the package and the menu is not very large and quiet pricy. Walk to Ubud Central was a little far, but the free shuttle was always available. The floor in room 110 was dirty on arrival and remain dirty trough out our stay.... Every day we were told something we ordered was unavailable on the menù and on the spa treatment... Tea room was also unavailable 35 $ for a pick up from the airport, in indonesia, is quite ridiculous. We choose Warwick Ibah, thus nothing bad about it that we're able to dislike. To those who are not used to something old, dusty, and insects, Ibah is not your option. Wifi is not free, pay by hr/half day/ day, this is not ideal at all. Reception staff were sometimes quite vague on things to do and restaurants to go to. Rooms didn't have the latest technology such as docking station. Bed looked fantastic but was too firm for our liking. Air con was very noisy. Laundry service could be a bit better. But on the whole no major problems. The rooms need to be made cleaner. For example the basin in the toilet of my room (room 204) had semi permanent marks of water and soaps. Such marks should not be allowed in a hotel of this class. For the price of the room breakfast and wifi should be included. Even the budget hotels in Bali provide these free. nothing. Reception staff could have been a little bit friendlier but this did not detract anything from the stay. no breakfast with room price. no free wifi - can'T check emails on iphone. Menu was limited and could have been changed daily or include daily specials. That said, the food is good but a little high in price. Nothing. Every aspect of my stay was very pleasent. Restaurant is nice for lunch only, not quite 5 star standards. No free wifi. No free wifi in rooms. Breakfast not included. Mosquitos - Bring bug spray. Leak in room and mould in the bathroom led to our room being changed and the new room still smelled heavily of mould. The restaurant is a joke, very overpriced for Ubud and especially the western dishes are far from acceptable.
