The hotel was very nice, clean rooms and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop dinning was nice but for breckfast there was not enough tables for all, if it was sunny people had to sit in the sun, so I suggest to get to breckfast early to get a table in the shade. While we were in Bali, I ended up being very sick. The staff were very helpful and nice and called the doctor for me in the middle of the night. They called the room a few times the following day to see how I was feeling and if I needed anything. Cannot say enough for the staff!.

The staff was polite & helpful. The location was not far from Seminyak, so quite handy. The staff are very friendly. They will do anything for you. The facilities are great, it's clean. Its was a quiet hotel..not sure if it was bcos it wasnt fully booked bt the quietness was great.. Hotel is located to very peaceful place, so can recommend to families with children. price service and staff size of room and apartment rooftop restaurant. The two bedrooms type was the perfect for our family. The staff were friendly facilities good rooms clean. I liked the quietness, I went there to relax and I got that except on the weekend when place was invaded by families-kids screaming in the pop all day all weekend. The gym and sauna were gr8. The restaurant was atmospheric and the food very nice. 99.5% of staff friendly and helpful. Have stayed here many times mainly because the area is very quiet. we very much enjoyed the huge bed!. Overall the staff tried hard and were friendly. The pool was very nice. Spacious rooms. The breakfast wasn't great, we didn't eat dinner any night so I can't comment. The rooms need painting, the linen attrocious the pool towels were threadbare and had holes in them. The bathtowels were grey and thin and not absorbent.The bed linen stained and torn. The rooms were clean and tidy but ours had a musty smell coming from the bathrooms.The alcohol content in the mixed drinks was negligable. Hot water in the shower turned cold for a second or two - rather annoying... Wifi password-change everyday is a wee-bit troublesome... it was a bit far out of town for us, but that was okay. it was nice to try something different. The staff etc made up for it. The fact that to go to the hotel the journey in from the main road was narrow and pretty far. breakfast is tasteless. The bathroom should be redesigned. The waterflow was incorrect designed. Breakfast could be improved more variety. Had to get taxi everywhere u went. Shuttle didn't carry many people and would quickly book out. Couldn't get near the pool due to kids and not enough deck chairs. Tried to extend an extra night or 2 but they wanted to charge full-price even though hotel was only at 40% capacity- so I got a good deal in Sanur instead - silly !. The hotel is in a very quiet area which is good but access to shopping/restaurants etc is now very difficult due to Bali's dreadful traffic congestion. paying for extras that should come with the hotel for what you pay. The water heater is always not working. First night repaired, slightly better then afterwards it is still the same. Many of the staff didnt speak or understand English. Bedsheets and pillows were NOT changed once in 7 days. Electronic door kept breaking down Hard beds and hard pillows. Hotel quite run down in areas definitely needs some maintenance, not much atmosphere. Cleanliness was not great. Breakfast was horrible. Tired hotel interiors. Non existent spa. Lot of mosquitoes in the room with no or little help from the staff to deal with them. Stay out of this hotel and there are number of hotels better in value.
