- Fast check in.Room was ready with baby cot although we were early. -Upgraded to a 2 bedrm villa with a big pool and ample space for kids to run about -Room service was fast and efficient -Reasonable price for room service and massage & spa -Room was clean and bed super comfortable -Staff was prompt with breakfast deliveries -Staff were polite,friendly and helpful. The staff were always friendly, helpful and thoughtful. We had a late flight to catch but we were able to store our luggage safely as well as use the spa toilet facilities to freshen up before catching our flight. This was very useful considering the hot weather made us quite sweaty and it was nice to feel fresh and clean for our flight.

The decoration of the room, the cozyness, the comfort. -Swimming pool too cold -Location not ideal as its a long way off the main road. -Porch was too dark,more lights would be welcome -Not comfortable with open concept toilet -Mosquitoes were everywhere!. Could do with a fitness centre in house, to make it the perfect place to stay. Food options are limited, so if you stay a long time, you will need to step out to eat. Bed was a bit too hard for my bad back. ( Husband liked it!) Air conditioner was a little noisy through the night. The bar refrigerator was enclosed in a cupboard so nowhere for the heat to go as there was no air circulation, so the fridge, cupboard and handle got very hot. and because it was outside the room & our entrance gate not locked when we go out it would be easy for another guest/person to take from the minibar. No power point to boil kettle near the tea & coffee bar area. We normally stay Legion area so did find the location a bit out of the way. The food was passable, but the drinks weren't that great. Only the Bali coffee was nice, but as I am not a Coffee drinker, it wasn't for me. It was a slight distance away from the beach (15 min walk), which made travelling to the Beach quite laborious. The bed could have been more comfortable..a little harder than I like it. Wish it was closer to the beach for sunset, but a taxi was $1.50!. Airport transfers not included in price. Nothing. Room design was a little odd - no door to separate the toilet... Not on the beach Less variety in breakfast Complimentary spa not satisfying. Seminyak is too busy for my liking. I would prefer Sanur next time. Location Very small TV. The food, I got intoxicated after a breaksfast ordered in the room and spent 3 days in bed at the end of our vacations because of that...
