  I really liked the location of this hotel. Very close to the center of activity in the city of Semarang. KFC is on the left of the hotel, McD is on the right. Souvenir center is also not far from the hotel. Anyway I am very pleased to stay at this hotel - please serve more traditional food in breakfirst time.....

  This is my first visit to Semarang and Best Western Hotel. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. We had a problem with the toilet spray on the day when we arrived, but the staff managed to check and repair it within 30 minutes. The room is well kept and very clean.
