  I have been staying here for many years as in my opinion it is the best located of any for access to Jakarta and the airport. The staff is always very nice and helpful. - Excellent location if you have to be in the SCBD or Senayan areas. Helpful staff, and the cost is not too bad for what you get.

  I like the fact that it is just a walking distance from Kota Kasablanca, the new mall and close by the Ambassador Mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also like that the facilities is almost complete and very suitable for a family stay with the reasonable price. The apartment is kept clean but the towels need to be changed to a new set ... what people say » as the ones provided in the room look very soiled thus the cleanliness is questionable. - As an apartment, there was a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Adequate space for me to meet with several people during my 2-day stay. Nearby shopping at "Kota Kasablaca" mall ... complete with many shopping, dining and entertainment options.   We liked everything else, bedorrm was nice and by the swimming pool, very stress releasing experience as far from the hussle of Denpasar - The hotel staff was very helpful, first time stayed at this hotel but felt like home....will come back again next time.

  Since we were traveling as a family we got 2 rooms, which were upgraded when we checked into the hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were big and really comfortable. It had a wall-to-wall couch at one end and a writing desk. Bathroom was also big. It had a separate tub and rain shower. Free wifi access anywhere in the hotel was a big plus.
