Room was lovely newly renovated, dual basins perfect for couples like us :) safe in room Welcome drink apon arrival was awesome. Hotel is close to the beach short walk to a couple of amazing little restaurants Brekky was awesome most days, some days the bacon was only warm ;( Always greeted with a smile coming back to our room or going out. pool good and deep (I am 1.8 metres tall). Happy hour good and breakfast was nice to have there .Location good to nearby restaurants / supermarket .Local library needs support as provides education to local children.Segit recommend as a driver if needed.

We would probably go back, since the price is ok for what you get. The room had a massive king size bed. Bathroom was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Easy walk to the main shopping area of Lovina with nice restaurants and beachside market stalls. Nice basic room with everything u need and clean. Breakfast is lovely and easy walk to restaurants in the area. Pool is very nice, as is the spa and massage options in hotel. Beautiful room with comfortable bed and immaculate linen. Coffee and tea making facilities, a fridge and sparkling pool made it an enjoyable stay. Good breakfast with different options and nice items. Nice, quiet rooms. Friendly staff. Good for one night stay to see the dolphin, or long term stay coz the rate is a bit low. Staff was excellent and always concerned about our well being. Food was good and the room was value for money. Also the inhouse Spa was of good quality. Pleasant gardens and small attractive swimming pool. Good breakfast, pleasant staff. internet dropped out a bit here & there. Other than that the room was great. Lovina is a small place only a few days are needed to explore dolphin tour in the morning, bangar springs , buddhist temple & manduk waterfall. Dont bother with the tours they offer for 300IDR + we grabbed a scooter (40IDR ), some petrol & go we got a bit lost but thats part of the fun!!. beware if you are tall entering room as Bali door decoration(wood) is low and your head will bang into it . Food in the hotel is a bit too european for my taste, especially in a place like Lovina, since the place is managed by dutch Owner, this is not a surprise. The food in Lovina was not the best but maybe we made the wrong restaurant choices. Further more at the end of our stay the creditcard machine did not work. Which is not conveniënt if you than have to pay cash... A bit better lighting of the Complex at night would be helpfull. Right on a busy road but cant hear the traffic from the room which is good. Staff could have been a bit more forthcoming with information. Massage/Spa services very overpriced in the hotel however there is a great place nearby. Drinks and food at restaurant is expensive, recommend eating out. Just the fact its on the main road. None. The eft pros machine is hopeless.. Spent an hour trying to pay. Tried 6 credit and eft pos cards which worked perfectly everywhere else. It was frustrating for us and the staff. lots of ants, located at the main road. some of the young male staff had too much attitude, no tv?. Daytime traffic noise. This is not the hotel's responsibility but the local authorities. Room and especially bathroom nothing special, nearby beach not inviting for swimming (ugly and dirty, but that's all over Lovina). Very basic facility, room is dark once close curtain. Poor privacy with the curtain open. No tv. Pos broken the day I check out, had to pay in cash. Location was poor as it is situated at a very busy road, not advisable with small children. A bit of a hike to the beach. Similar hotels nearby were considerably cheaper at least in the off season.
