Wow what a place!! Set on the beach so you wake up each morning to a view of the ocean, watching the local fisherman bring in their morning's catch. Amazing staff who were so helpful when I fell I'll for one day, sending food and drinks over to my room (including the best tuna sandwich I've ever tasted) and recommending remedies. They really couldn't do more for us. I can't praise this place enough. Lembongan is a stunning island, make sure you hire a scooter or golf buggy to discover it for yo.

Can't recommend this family run place highly enough - the location is right on the beach, tucked away from the main bit of Mushroom beach, the staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful, (fishing snorkelling banana boat rides all for very reasonable price plus free kayaks and snorkel gear on hand) the food delicious and the accommodation is simple but perfect for falling asleep to the sound of rolling waves. Book early to get one of the huts right in the beach it always seems. The loaction on Mushroom Bay was fantastic and right on the beach. A very relaxed and chilled out atmosphere. Staff were excellent and helped to organise a lot of extra activities- highly recommend the snorkelling trip and mangrove tour. The breakfast included was great. The whole place was kept very clean- even the beach out the front of Mola Mola. Kadek & his dad were great hosts- I will definitely be staying again. Friendly helpful staff. Perfect location, just in front of the beautiful Mushroom beach where boats from/to Sanur park. Mushroom beach is also good for swimming. The rooms are all bungalow type with traditional rice barn hut - upstairs for sleeping, downstairs the bathroom and outdoor 'bale'. Food has many choices and tasty. Some choices of breakfast - try the yummy crepes!. It was a wonderful 2 nights stay at Mola Mola, the owner managed to arrange me a B'Day cake from no where on that island so i could give my wife a surprise!! Loved the hospitality, food, free snorkeling and kayaking organised! Thank you Mola Mola we look forward staying with you again during our next trip!!. Beautiful fresh food at really good prices, I loved everything on the menu! Lovely rooms and clean bathrooms. The staff were wonderful; always willing to help with anything my partner and I needed. They supply heaps of gear for island activities; surf boards, snorkels, canoes, all for free :). Staff was great with out small children. We did not have to worry if they were okay. They even brought our daughter flowers from their home, since she loves flowers. They also have a great snorkeling trip around the island, executed by local fishermen. All of the staff were terrific. They were very friendly and helpful for any need that I encountered. They were happy to arrange for snorkeling tours, diving trips, and perhaps more importantly - watching the waves for the perfect time to surf. Location is perfect! Staff is really Nice. IDeal place for couples (really romantic). Mushroombeach is a very Nice bay, with not too many hotels, but just enough places to choose a Nice diner. The beachfront location was excellent and they even had free snorkelling gear for use. Breakfast was good despite what other reviewers have said. Staff very nice. We had the best time there, only disappointment was we only had 1 night stay so next time we will be staying at least 4 nights.. Cannot wait to go back. Perfect location! Right on the most beautiful beach on Island. Basic facilities but perfectly clean and comfortable. Kadek and his father are wonderful .huts gorgeous and rustic .loved the outdoor bathroom .mushroom bay I lovely. Staff were extremely helpful- we were given maps for the island, free canoeing and snorkel. i love lembongan i love mola mola but i think better if mola2 have package for water sport. Nice place to relax and chill out. Beach huts very nice. Beachfront location is beautiful. Absolutely nothing!! Mola mola doesn't have a pool, but who needs that with the ocean 5metres away!!. It doesn't have WiFi and the island itself isn't a party resort. Bars close once the customers have returned home, which is usually by 11pm. But this island is about relaxing and slowing down to their pace of life, and I actually found it freeing to not have the Internet for four days (although you can get wifi at the bar next door if this is essential for you). Absolutely nothing except we had to leave... It's not for people who need mod cons- the rooms have the basics & there is no wifi- but these aren't the reasons you stay at Mushroom Bay. Too weak shower pressure - sometimes it's on and off during showering. Shower water is slightly salty. Lighting in the bathroom is not suffice, a bit too dark. The outside door to our bathroom did not work very well. You had to lock it with a key to close it. Which is not very efficient or safe, since you the key for the main room too. But this is not very problematic!. Nothing. It was at the upper end of the price bracket for a place with no pool and no hot running water. Double booked first night. Booked beachfront room but on arrival was told they double booked and was given a garden room next to a pile of garbage. Also bathrooms very dirty.
